Slow Motion Recall | Training Progress

Taki is our 7 month old Lutino cockatiel. He is most likely a "she" but we call him a "he" anyways. His wings are uneven because of a botched clip job he had before we got him. Our avian vet has suggested letting them molt out and regrow. He will be fully flighted afterward

This is a slow motion capture of Taki practicing his recall. This is around session 15 of stationing/recall training. Each session is about 10 minutes and he does a morning and evening training session every day, with one of those sessions reserved for stationing/recall training and the other reserved for harness training.
He has flown a small handful of times, but doesn't yet seem to realize he can fly. This training is aimed at helping him realize he can fly and training him to come on command.
