Not a cancel, when weapon X hits an oppnent too high, it causes the super to end. Since Jill's super lifts the opponent while being hit, weapon X was at the perfect height to whiff during the super. Once the super animation ends, the opponent is in a frozen state so he just did berserker barrage to combo after.

Your are allowed multiple OTG's if it hits on frame 1. Pretty sure there is no limit since magneto can do an infinite OTG
