While it is good, note that Haeir has come because there is a big need for air-conditioning in India as more byildi g come up.
But Haeir can not just make for the Indian market. They need to make this an export hub so that Haier products can be exported across the globe. UP govt should ensure it has skilled labour with good discipline and work ethic.. UP should open vocational skill schools and stop those useless degree colleges which produce lazy idiots.
