It could be a between 1999-2002 shot, because there is still Dingle Dell Corner (1:01) here instead of Sheene's, but the Graham Hill Bend (0:19) has the same layout as today.

The speeds are incredible! 165 down pilgrim's drop? I don't think anyone in inters on a trackday does more than 140 down there.
