Hello, question, I almost never played the server but I'm asking myself, what prevents people from free killing ? Like you buy a gun, why you'd not shoot on anyone around u? I guess there are some downsides otherwise it'll be a DM server lol
Haha good question. 2 things that stop you: Police (other players) will arrest you and you will spend in game time in prison. There is a 'mental state' which punishes random killing making it more expensive to buy guns and even gives you seizures if your mental state is bad enough.
Random question, but do you know how to add neons to a Bandito? I've seen other players with neons on theirs, but when I try to add them to mine, it says the vehicle can't have neons. Same thing with different wheels on Roadtrains. How are people doing it?
That's weird, maybe ask in chat in game if anyone has advice? There is a blood splatter effect that happens when you take damage, you can turn it off at /set. Maybe give that a try?

@@brandonmatlock67hey, sorry TH-cam only published half of my previous comment lol. Rockstar doesn't sell the old version anymore (you can't play SAMP) on the new remastered version. So you either need to put on your pirate hat or try buy an old CD copy on eBay or marketplace

Regarding Police job; It's best to do it using Police Maverick :)
It is good, but you will need to land and do arrests every so often. But it is fun, that's how I first got into police work

3:30 that job is only worth doing with at least two other players, at night - you get a bonus at night and it's far more efficient.
