Just went to Carowinds a couple months ago and absolutely fell in love with this park! I'm right there with you on Intimidator too, it's so much fun and very underrated

woodstock express surprised me too. i was somewhere in the front row the first time i rode it, and that first drop took me by surprise. really feels like you're plunging
I have to say, I'm not as big on Carowinds as most people. However, I'm hoping to stop there this summer to get on Copperhead. I expect I'll enjoy that ride. I thought Fury was overhyped, for me (still a good ride), but Intimidator was better than I was expecting. Afterburn was also a very pleasant surprise.
I hope you got a night ride on Fury though. Fury at night HAULS compared to during the day. The coaster gradually speeds up throughout the day. The best row to ride on Carolina Cyclone is the back row believe it or not. It is the most intense and the smoothest for some reason. I also agree on Woodstock Express; no one gives that coaster credit. It is really fun for a kiddie coaster. I think people forget about it because it is tucked away in the kid's area and people miss riding it.
I really enjoy Manta at Sea World San Diego so I can safely assume Copper head strike is similar but with the added inversions. Also Manta over Cheetah hunt for the superior family blitz coasters
