How big is the actual Pom Pom in inches around?

What length of tulle do you need for each pompom?

Hi Im not sure on the actual length of tulle that I used. I purchased the 6 inch rolls and just wrapped that around the toilet tubes approx 50 times. Sorry I cant offer more help
