This is the way we did it when we made them for our roller skates back in early 80's. Thanks for bringing back some great memories.

@@TheKreativeLifeHey girl, what was the length and width of this tulle? I have a bolt of tulle and I want to use it up on a Pom Pom dress (for a dance show lol). It’s 150cm wide and obviously since it’s a bolt, it’s super long! I’d like poms the size of yours so I’d love it if you could tell me the rough length and the size of the cardboard circles!

This tulle is thicker than the tulle used for draping bridal veils, Ruth. I think one like this would be best.
