given that BGC is among the most affluent districts in the Philippines, i think it's a looong way to go for the entire country to achieve similar levels of progress 😅
because legislators and local elites refused to open the economy for more investments and competitions in innovations and creativities.. they wanted to monopolize and its expected that progress will be slow if not stagnant
Just take a look at new Clark green city still under construction, tho some areas were already erected like the sports complex and nearby buildings.. It's BGC- like but larger than singapore in terms of land area
