A list for simpler minds.
The rest of the world does not exist. Only US films, non of them really intellectual. European or Asian films cannot be part of the list, are there any known at all to US focused audience?
And anyway: There is no such thing as "the best" since this cannot be measured in meters or kilogram. It is a matter of taste, experience, totally subjective.
This is again one example of the level of (US-) videos in Internet. Very limited view of the world from one self-declared specialist.
Very questionable. But that's the trend.
