    I made all of these mistakes!! 20 years of disordered eating an over exercising, I'm now in recovery but it's not an easy road I wish I knew all this stuff years ago , now I'm trying to learn everything I can about recovering healing and building back tissues I wish this information was available 20 years ago 😥
