Although I never faced any problems when I order my goggles and transmitter, I would still recommend you to try to buy your radio electronics locally in India. Rest of the parts,( motors, frame,etc..) usually don't face any problems going through customs.

You r using toolkit charger, wt kind of power supply do you use for it? Because it needs external ac power supply system, right.
Any power supply from 12 or 24v will work. You can also use a laptop charger if you want.

Yes you can. They might ask you to move it to the checked bag. But you'll be able to fly with them.

What is the life expectacy of a lipo battery
Depending on how you maintain, it could last more than a year. But ofcourse the performance will gradually degrade after a point of time.

How is the quality of orange lipo from robu.in?
It's the worst for drones,they sagg, and they puff up verry soon. I do not recommend them for drones.
