I have always believed God chooses his meekest, poorest children to teach us so Marcelito learned to sing while caring for chickens as an odd job while he was homeless from the age of seven into young adulthood. His wife Joanne convinced him he was very special and he tried out for the Phillipines got talent and won. He is self taught practicing for 15 years. God has blessed him to teach I think that we are all the same male/female. The world was not ready for that concept even 20 yrs ago. I find it ironic that it was the prayer that probably touched Marcelito very deeply. And, it is with a gentle voice with love and caring that Celine with her illness has pulled her back to hopefully heal. And perhaps in her first concert she and Marcelito can do a duet.🎉❤❤ The only thing that worries me is Marcelito has bee playing in a empty stage and one piano player when he should be in Vegas with orchestra like Celine and Adele have. I worry some crackpot manager like Elvis's Col Tom Parker is holding him back. Somebody needs to help him! I pray God got him this far he needs help!❤❤❤❤❤

Or email this video of you reacting to it to Adele she is a very compassionate woman, and she might need a opening act with her orchestra and I bet she would put him under her wing to keep him from the sharks. I was a singer years and was offered a contract but a friend of mine who had been in the business for 30+ yrs he said that record company sold more than music...so I skipped that offer. Marcelito was abandoned as a child on the streets in the Philippines. He did odd jobs just to have food to eat. He would sing to the chickens when he would get scared. He has never had any voice lessons and sings The Prayer at every concert because he knows his voice is a gift from God. All of his You Tube profits go to his charities,. Here in the Philippines we have noon time shows who have contests for males who can sing both male and female parts. They also wear male and female outfits. The right side is wearing a male outfit and the left is female so when they sing they have to face the right side for the male part and face the left side for the female part. It also goes with the voice. We call it Doble Kara (Spanish), two faced in English. Marcelito is a master of that. He is the best. He was invited by AGT 3 years ago in their AGT:The Champions. I have to disagree with you that Marcelito was having difficulty expressing the emotion of the song. I've watched many reactors (men and women) to Marcelito singing this song and they've been in tears because he sings with such beautiful emotion.

I have to disagree with you that Marcelito was having difficulty expressing the emotion of the song. I've watched many reactors (men and women) to Marcelito singing this song and they've been in tears because he sings with such beautiful emotion.
And that's fine fam .... I don't even remember saying that Marcelito lacks emotion. He's quickly become one of my favourite artists. I can only share what I feel.
