I don't know where it came from. The guy I got it from was a retired emergency management guy in pine bluff. He saved it from being scrapped when it was removed.

How did I get them out of the floor? I guess I don't understand what that means. They had already been removed from where they were originally installed. I did have one rotator/chopper removed from the pole it was mounted on. I hired a sign company with crane/bucket trucks to do that.
