I am not the person I was in my twenties, but if I hadn't had been that person, I wouldn't be the person I am now decades later, who still changes their perspective when presented with new evidence about the world. But the thread of continuity that has existed throughout my life has been one of questioning everything, all the time, and you sound like you have that mindset, and that's a good thing. Just make sure you don't live in your head too often. The search for truth eh!? That journey never has an end, and that's just exactly how it should be. Great content Zosia, please keep it coming! ♥🤝

The vast majority of people are not True.
Most people will misunderstand and judge you. That's the amazing side of social media.
You have the beautiful ability to instantly connect with TRUE people.
Being aligned with your best self will always attract negative energy as it is the polar opposite of what you are being.
You will constantly be tested and it's about how you react to these tests that will prove who you are
Embody unconditional love and the rest shall come 🙏

My girlfirend left university and traveled around the near east. It showed her there were other ways of living. Thank you for being humble enough to admit you have a lot to learn. I am looking forward to hearing about the journey.

"The more you know, the more you know you don't know." It's a tale as old as time. You can't know everything, not even in a thousand lifetimes. Wait till it really starts to hit you that there's too little time and too much to consider and learn about to ever know what even TO know, like what's worth knowing... it's tough to grapple with having to prioritize what to focus on even when you don't know what's behind those closed doors you'll never get to open. Life is sacrifice and eventually we all have to cut bait and make tough choices on where to focus even our intellectual pursuits.

I've felt this distancing as well. The more you're growing, the bigger the distance gets with the people you already know and people you'll get to know. The worldview you're building, the further you're learning what is true and feels right for you, the more people you'll feel disconnected too. It's not something to be sad over. It's hidden recognition of your work, your building of your person. I think it's a feeling you'll get to know more the more you're growing in your principles and beliefs that are truly your own. I think this is just a sign you're on the right path. It's when you're able to let go of these beliefs, feelings, the 'old' you, that you'll be able to keep growing to your true self. Maybe you 'let' your surroundings take you down to their level again? Because you're secretly scared of going on this path? This is just something that came to mind, it might not be like this for you. But if this possible, I really get you and it's so normal. You're very young for the path that you're on. Greatness comes with fear.

Nobody really knows anything for certain. This is a time of 'not kmowing' where we cannot tell from outside sources what is really going on. There is a lot of change and upheaval some of the old structures are gone and the replacements are not yet secure. ❤❤

i can relate to a lot of the themes you talk about on your channel and really admire the transparency and honesty in them. doubt is such a compelling force in life that i feel has become exacerbated among our generation as we've been raised in a safe, secure world where it feels like our lives are laid out for us from birth; but life has so much more to offer than what is offered upfront and it seems that everybody understands that at some level. what's tragic about all of it is how prevalent it's become to see people adopt nihilistic or absurdist worldviews and all but give up on attempting to find meaning and purpose in life. as i've lived more the importance of having grounded meaning has become more and more apparent, and the necessity of diligently acting in faith to find that meaning. faith by design is difficult but hope keeps it going and through inevitable difficulties you will inevitably grow. i don't think that there's ever an end to self discovery and growth but maybe thats the point of it all. :)
a lot of what you say and a lot of your experiences i can really relate to and you're channel has honestly inspired me a lot and given me a relatable perspective into common dilemmas. as an american living abroad i really appreciate your insights into life and wish you the best wherever you take it!

Shifting your surroundings and exploring new scenes can truly work wonders for your personal development. But remember, staying stagnant is the enemy. Keep seeking out challenges and nudging yourself beyond your comfort zone. In doing so, you'll naturally connect with the right kind of people who can guide you and uplift you on a deeper spiritual level. Trust me, it's in these moments of growth and exploration that you'll find your truest self. I'm sure you already know this having been there (Thailand). It's also completely normal to experience bouts of self-doubt along the way, but don't let it consume you. Giving in to those doubts only perpetuates a cycle of mediocrity, keeping you safely within the confines of average. Embrace the discomfort, for what it's worth I believe you have what it take to succeed in finding your purpose and living a fulfilled life. Even though I'm just another stranger on the internet.

You're still young. I think many people your age don't have the space or need in their minds to seek true internal validation and belief yet - it's more about learning how to survive on your own (ish), often following a path that was either set out for them or badly chosen, and having as much fun as they can whichever path they're on.
I'm hitting 30 soon and I still feel this type of pulling by friends that you're describing. Sometimes I blame myself for not being strong and driven enough to show my friends what opening your mind is really like. But I guess it's also important to remind yourself that people often choose their own path, and people only start seeing things they could see once they allow themselves to see it. It's a harsh reality, but it's why I consider it to be even more noble to keep trying to be better and set a good example. The rest should come naturally.
As for your video engagement, it could be and probably is a combination of so many things. I think the level of authenticity you seek is rare for your age, which could be a reason why not many people engage with your videos. But in that case it's far from a bad thing.

  • @NathanMcMasters
    @NathanMcMasters 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I agree with another one of the comments about the views just being because of how often you post recently. Not everyone can watch a video everyday.
It would be a cool experiment to try and see if you can put the time it takes to do 5 videos into one with more emphasis on the story telling with a hook at the start and maybe A/B test two or three thumbnails. You really have a captivated a good audience just on your personality and unique perspectives. I think it would easily start growing exponentially with a little more storytelling analytic work.
A few great channels on this stuff is Film Booth, Nate Black, Paddy Galloway, Colin and Samir! Good luck!

The reality is that good women marry young. They use their beauty to reward and bond to a good man. However, most women today want to use their beauty to compete with good men and reward evil men. It never works out well and when your beauty fades, you wont get that strong bond with a good man. Young beautiful women have as big a responsibility on their shoulders as powerful and wealthy men. Who they choose to reward with their feminine essence will change the course of society.

hehe yeah the good old dunning kruger effect... instantly got reminded of it when you said the more you learn the more you realize how less you know... but yeah life is a never endling learning story... or at least it should be...
let me say you one thing: you're far more mature than most people of your age which makes you way more attactive than make-up ;)
given some of your statements are more "would be cool if it works this way" but sadly not really always applyable in "the real world"... at least not for most of us... and especially if you're from another country
I think being judgemental isn't wrong... but always keep in mind that most people don't like the harsh truth... most try to run from it... or hide behind a fasade...
one thing: the older you get the less true friends you'll have... which is pretty normal as there are a lot of things which take up your and their time... and everyone sorts out who has "the biggest value" what ever they think is the value of the friendship and keep it or lose it...
I'm now twice your age and I think it would be cool to go back to 18y old me with all the knowledge I have... not about lotto or so... just about how to prevent getting hurt too much, what is really important in life and so on... things like that I would like to keep in my brain if there would be a chance to slip back into my old self...
well as I said you're still young and working on fiding your way of life... basically the true nature of life itself... given at one point you may know that knowledge you aquired before is maybe nonsense but while you keep learning it's the quintessence of understanding what you learn to decide when to drop old knowledge or recall old knowledge if you went down the wrong path... if you can do that you're already more capeable than most people... so: keep going

No matter how much you achieve or receive, there is no end to desire. Meditate on God, and you will have stillness.
All of these debates over masculinity/femininity are pointless. Find peace within yourself.

I think you exercise thinking in a good manner seeing from your videos. When a person does think by themselves, strives to understand the laws of GOD, then they inevitably must walk their path in solitude as you become a whole person. There is no authority to validate the free persons thought, so it effectively can generate doubt and madness. Well wishes and GOD bless

The quality of your content has not dropped, I think the problem is since you post more frequently the views don't quite rack up cause the videos aren't spaced out like before.
Your inner doubts make sense but I would say you need to try to understand why they exist in the first place. If you feel less relatable with other people that might not be necessarily bad (quite the opposite) but only you can decide that for yourself "The truth will set you free".
John 15:18-19 “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."

Look at the mess western society is in as it loses touch with masculinity in men and femininity in women. We forget we are animals and that those core aspects have served as very well right up until now. It doesn't have to be the case for everyone, but it does need to be the dominant position for things to keep moving as they have for the vast majority of human history.

What you're talking about there at the end is the fact that you're different and quite a bit unlike the rest of your generation. You're clearly a bit of an out of the box thinker not content to just blend in and go along with the rest of your generation, I mean for lack of a better word you're "special" in that sense, and like other special people you're bound to feel dragged down by the homogeneity and monotony of everyday British life. Not that you're alone, I mean most successful TH-camrs, comedians, artists, authors, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, etc. have that thing, the so-called "mavericks". Idk if it's a gene or the way you were raised or the environment or whatever but yeah, you got bit by the "special" bug and now you're stuck with it and it's your burden to bear. You're not gonna be just like all the other young people in your generation, you're gonna have a different perspective. Doesn't mean you can't also code-switch or context switch and ALSO learn to FULLY enjoy those moments of cheer and fellowship with regular people in your life, not everyone is gonna have a high-octane special brain or think like you, and that's okay, you can totally learn to live in both worlds, it's 100% doable.
But it is what it is, you learn to live with it. It's a great thing to have, and yeah it can be isolating, and a pain in the ass too, and it also doesn't really benefit you much if you don't ever do anything cool with it and work really hard to make that thing pay off but damn one thing is for sure, it takes a special mind to change the world and put a ding in the universe and so few people have that.
