It's fun to be a kid again. Helped my son a few years ago get a '62 Nova convertible going that my uncle gave him after he came home from the Service. I felt like a kid again helping him because I worked on these old cars when they were just a few years old as kid. Glad your being a kid again.
Looks great lowered in my opinion. If you want to haul stuff in the future with it you could always use air bags on the rear for the ones who say lowering a pickup is ruined once it’s lowered.
Been watching you for years. I'm retired now and work at restoring some old somewhat rusty cars. I love your work ethic and the way you work. From when I was 3 years old, I wanted to work on cars but ended up repairing/Installing/programming/upgrading medical systems. Car stuff is a lot more intense but I am doing a lot of learning and figuring ou these days and loving it. You have such an inspiring work approach. Methodicle, very little out of control outburst moments, good focus on your visions and goals. I've learned a lot from you as Iam pushing toward 72 years old. Thanks, so much, for your modeling persistence and self control. You are doing well with your wife and kids, too! My honey and I raised 8 kids. They are all out and about doing all kinds of things we never did. Grandkids are a wonderful delight. Don't BLINK; yours will be visiting you SOON. Press on, Denny from Pennsylvania
Thanks for this. It was very kind of you to put this out. I read every word. I’ll be 48 next spring. Been here just long enough to understand just how fast it all goes by.
Glad to see another action filled Mrs. Weird Beard Cinematic Production starring Weird (Mike) Beard, love this TH-cam channel. Keep up the great work, this truck looking good, your vision to your work and explanations are top notch Weird Beard, Thanx! Looking forward to the next video.
Every day I go on utube . The FIRST thing I look for is Weird Beird then Half-ass Kustoms & so on. Ain't much for lowering vehicles , ain't my thing. But you sure do have a way about you. What you know is shared ,by you, with us "the watchers" Basically I like your show a bunch. Thanks for sharing. Peace
Hi Mike ,the truck is lookin' great ,the lower the better as far as I'm concerned ! And your doing everything safety and property as you always do ,you've got my upmost respect as always 😊👊👍
that fkr is SWEET AF..! my grandfather bought a 63-283, three on the tree long bed new, he put over loud springs on the back and cut 4 inches out of the wheelwale on the bed to fit big tires underneath so he could pull his 5th-wheel camper. yes cut and left as is.. lol.. again, looks sick bro.
I got excited when I saw your next video was out. I love seeing your progress. I also love the lowered look. Looks awesome and still functional is key. I leveled my 2013 Silverado by installing a 3” drop kit to the rear. It looks great and rides the same as it did before.
I have a 66 Chevy C10. Mine is painted with red Rustoleum. I thinned the paint that comes in quart and gallon cans with mineral sprits. I applied it with a white foam roller. It dries fast and can be wet sanded and buffed for a smooth finish and a brilliant shine. This method requires 4 to 6 coats of paint. The painting goes pretty fast and you can paint outside with a minimum amount of masking. No overspray.
Awesome video. and this includes video and audio quality by probably Mrs W.B. Great job! All this would not have been possible without the mechanic´s know-how and elbow grease. It´s highly interesting and informative to see what and how jobs like this one can be done, Mike. That is a different league than just buying vehicles, ordering new parts galore, swapping a couple of easy ones and getting the result back to auction.
Weird Beard I wish I had the extra money 💰 I would love to let you loose on my Camry. You are so Awesome. And Mrs Beard Excellent Camera Work Great job 👍👍👍👍👍
Anyone who is surprised about WB lowering this truck doesn’t know what this dude is about. Almost everything gets lowered lol! If they don’t like this truck, they’re gonna hat it when that fury gets slammed to the ground lol. Keep up the great content!
Being honest ... I don't like dropped vehicles, or fake patina. That said ... While I may not be real excited about what you're doing, I really enjoy watching and listening to you do it !
#1 I love the content. But what I really like is the length of the vids. Its absolutely perfect. I have a few favorite channels and some of those guys are stretching their vids out to way over an hour. I just don't have time for that in the evenings...I can watch yours start to finish along with a couple of beers and I'm good!
Hey WB, you mentioned Wheaties, I am thinking a few ham and cheese sandwiches with pure cane sugar coke a cola. Awesome content and a solid project. You are a genius bro!🎉
188th! Good Thursday evening Mike! Neve thought this truck would turn out soo well. I should have known better, with you working on it. Great job Mike! Roger in Pierre South Dakota
I love the way the truck is coming out. Great work as always! Although I don't think I could take away the hauling ability of a truck personally. I'd feel like I was neutering it😂
That old truck is cool af, Mike you and 2 others are the ones I watch every week. found your show b-cuz of your daughters Nissan , My current build is a 90 Hardbody (5 years in) but yeah ur a cool dude with a great show.
I remember the days when my friends and I would do stuff like this. I sure miss my youth, but love my memories. LOL
Good times
Looks good with that drop. Can't wait to see the frame get short.
It’s gonna be awesome

Lookin pretty sick Mike! I cant wait to see how it turns out.
Thanks Ken
The truck is coming on great!! it's a testament to your skills for sure 🙂 I wouldn't even know where to start with a project like that 😂
Mr. Beard, A.K.A. the Bob Ross of body work. Love your channel, Cheers from Canada. Never stop what your doing.

More to come!
Appreciate you man… your mechanical abilities are second to none!
WOW! Its looking so good lowered. I want to lower my 78 Chevy van. Keep up the amazing work.
You can do it!
Looks great lowered in my opinion. If you want to haul stuff in the future with it you could always use air bags on the rear for the ones who say lowering a pickup is ruined once it’s lowered.
Great! Now you have lots of leaf springs to make body slappers and knives!
Can’t wait to see the frame work.
I love to see you make the parts you need!
You have so much of that knowledge that one could never find in a book! Keep the content coming 🙏🏽🔥🔥🔥
