Dear brother it's regireted to inform you that govt employees are not able to attend the work and not giving out put at all. They're doing privet jobs in addition. Salary is there pension. Once there's govt job then finished. This is my personal opinion that I have experienced in my life. The union liders are not not doing anything as part of the duty. Salary is increased but tax slab is not increased so effective increment is 14%. and effective annual increase in private is almost 10% annualy. Now effectively for 3 year only: Govt employee current salary Rs100 After pay commission = 14% (this year)=Rs114 second year = 3% on 114 = Rs117.42 third year = 3% on 117.42= Rs121 Now private sector: current salary Rs100 this year = 10% on 100= Rs110 second year = 10% on 110 = Rs121 third year = 10% on 121 = Rs =133 So now you see whats the pay difference in next 10 years. Question is salary increment is fine but then they gave to five pay commission in every five years to counter those inflation
