Sir, I am working at Jaipur with a PSU (A joint venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of Delhi) since 2010. I was appointed here on Self Contract basis for a work in 2010 for fixed tenure basis for 6 months on monthly remuneration of Rs. 15600/- . When I joined this PSU at Jaipur Office I have given more other works and my contract has been continuously extended without any break till today. My payment was increased in year 2013 and was Rs. 18750/- and next increased in April'2015 and was Rs. 21563/-. No over time, no EPF, No ESI, No Bonus, no other facilities is given to me. Even after implementation of pay commission no payment is increased. What is this Self Contract Employee in India. Who is not eligible for any thing for my and my family secure future.

I would like to say here, the 7th CPC report was worst of all earlier CPC report. I retired in 4th CPC scale i.e. 1989. There was only 14.5 hike during 7th cpc whereas govt. Make wide announcement in news pspers/ media that govt. employee salary has been enhanced by 2.57 times. This 2.57 was the multiplying factor for 6th Cpc scale sme in 2006. 7th CPC implemented from 1.2.2016 after 10 years. During this period employees/ pensioners were getting125% dearness allowance of the basic salary or pension. Thus he was getting a total salary or pension with this earlier multiplying factor was 2.25 on 1.1.2016. This was enhanced to 2.57 i.e. enhanced cement was only 14.22 %. This was too low in comparision to earlier CPCs.

First and foremost, heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ravish Kumar for taking a rational line in respect of pay hike of Central Government employees. Govt. & Pay Commision must consider & evalueat the the services of ALL THE FORCES are for all the 24 hours, while the others is for 8 to 10 hours. As such this fact must be taken into consideration at the time of revision of pay, so that he may not feel humiliation & pull on double establisment of his family. I pay due respects for their sacrifices towards the military & public.

I would like to say here, the 7th CPC report was worst of all earlier CPC report. I retired in 4th CPC scale i.e. 1989. There was only 14.5 hike during 7th cpc whereas govt. Make wide announcement in news pspers/ media that govt. employee salary has been enhanced by 2.57 times. This 2.57 was the multiplying factor for 6th Cpc scale sme in 2006. 7th CPC implemented from 1.2.2016 after 10 years. During this period employees/ pensioners were getting125% dearness allowance of the basic salary or pension. Thus he was getting a total salary or pension with this earlier multiplying factor was 2.25 on 1.1.2016. This was enhanced to 2.57 i.e. enhanced cement was only 14.22 %. This was too low in comparision to earlier CPCs.

Most news channels are talking about the bonanza that has been showered on the employees through the 7th CPC. Ravish Ji has refused to toe the sarkari chamcha bazi line and justly said that the pay raise is way below satisfactory. But everyone knows that Modi will only squeeze the employees dry. Shameful.
