Then in 2022 while in the park, you were picking up trash and directed this old crazy woman to a "smoke hole" while my grandchildren was riding that Tennessee Tornado for the what seem like the thousandth time! I love what Dolly does for Tennessee. Watching this and seeing them talk about Walmart and how well they treat their employees I am sitting here shaking my head in disbelief. The Walmart Distribution center in Greene county treated their truck drivers and families horribly during this. The so called Safety guy sent 9 drivers down the Ashville knowing there was a hurricane. They were turned away in NC with good reason. The DC told them they had to stay there and wait it out. Putting their lives in jeopardy but they didn’t care. When they tried to go home their jobs were threatened and told they would be fired. Some were at the end of their weeks and they were told by COLE they had to stay another 36 hours and reset after they were parked close to 30 hours. No food no medication no showers and having to share fuel between trucks so the didn’t run out. There is a federal exemption for going over your DOT hours when there is a Catastrophic disaster such as this. However, these drivers were told Walmart doesn’t honor that and if you don’t stay parked for another 36 hours for a total of over 60 hours your fired. Also, the kids answering the phone they need some humanity training they told my friend one of the wives of the truck driver who has three little small children. I’m sorry your husband was on the bridge that collapsed. Can you imagine being told that by your husband‘s employer, and now you can’t reach him for days thinking he’s dead. I think Walmart needs to take a look Bentonville needs to come down and look at the distribution center in Greene County, and start talking to the wives of the truck drivers that were forced to stay down there and possibly lose their life because their merchandise was more important than their life. Due to cutting corners they also couldn’t tell them where they were because Walmart removed the satellites out of the trucks and only has contact with the trailer with their merchandise. because they don’t give a crap about the human being driving it there. It’s disgusting the lack of care and disregard for the employees driving their trucks out of the Greene County distribution center. Maybe someone to do a story on this and bring this to light. I think Cole and the rest of the DC safety and supervisors need to be terminated.

I’m kind of partial to these people because my son is one of them. He’s been doing it a few years now and as proud as I am of him, I still worry while he’s gone. He keeps in touch as much as he can which I appreciate but it doesn’t relieve my worrying until I know he’s safe at home again.
