For car maintenance you can open up an account with Ally Bank and they have buckets so you can have multiple categories without having a binder. Great video ❤

Gifts could be a good binder. Add envelopes like: each persons birthday, mothers day, fathers day, anniversary, gradutations, baby/ wedding showers etc. Sort them in chronological order that way you can stuff the first bdays early
