The Metal Plate you talking about is High Security Registration Plate. That Number Plate is Provided By RTO and Its Mandatory For All Bs6 Vehicle in India. But That Metal Plate Is Very Thin and Easily Bendable By Hands, So This Aftermarket Abs Plastic Frame Helps Number Plate From Getting Bend.
