Spreading awareness and offering tips on the subject is very helpful. Kudos 🎉🎉🎉.
Among others, one factor that inhibits bc is selenium. Garlic and eggs etc has selenium.
Occasionally drink artemisia tea... (Cena in Angami). Plenty in Nagaland. Lemon, gooseberry, etc, fruits rich in vitamin C.
Extra: also ginger: prevents cervical and ovary issues.🎉🎉🎉.
