ఎటువంటి వారికైనా విజయం సాదించాలి అంటే ఒక్కటే మార్గం అదే కృషి చేయడం . కష్టే ఫలి అన్న మాటలను ప్రతి సందర్భంలోను అనుకురించి తన జీవితంలో ఉన్నత స్థాయికి ఎదిగిన వ్యక్తి అరుంధతి గారు. తాను ఒకపుడు టెన్త్ క్లాస్ maths సబ్జెక్టు లో ఫెయిల్ కానీ ఈ వేళ తన పాఠశాలలో 1800 మంది పిల్లలకు పైగా చదువుకుంటున్నారు. ఇంటి కింద చిన్న గదిలో స్కూల్ ప్రారంబించారు ఇవాళ తన స్కూల్ 2 1/2 ఎకరాల్లో విస్తరించి ఉంది. అంతే కాదు తాను చిన్న వయస్సులోనే తన తండ్రి గారి మోసం తన యొక్క కిడ్నీ ని ఇచ్చారు . అంత త్యాగాన్ని చేసినా గాని దురదృష్టవశాత్తు తన తండ్రి గారిని కోల్పోయారు. దాని తరువాత తాను ఒక స్కూల్ లో ఒక మాములు టీచర్ గా తన జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. కొన్ని సంవత్సరాలు పని చేసి మంచి స్థాయికి ఎదిగిన తరువాత ఆరోగ్య విషయమై సెలవు దొర్కకపోవటం వల్ల ఉద్యోగాన్ని వదులుకోవాల్సి వచ్చింది . తన స్వశక్తి తోనే ఎదగాలి అని నిర్ణయించుకుని తన కూతురు సంఘమిత్ర పేరు మీద తన ఇంటి వద్ద చిన్న గదిలో ఒక స్కూల్ ని ప్రారంభించారు. ఆలా తన ప్రయాణం మొదలు పెట్టారు . ఇవాళ నెలకు 70 లక్షలకు పైగా జీతాన్ని ఇచ్చే స్థాయి దాకా ఎదిగారు. తనని నడిపించిన ఏకైక శక్తి తన శ్రమ అనే తాను నమ్ముతారు. అరుంధతి గారి యొక్క కథ తన మాటల ద్వారా జోష్ talks మీ ముందుకు తీసుకు వచ్చింది.

She started her life as a normal school teacher today she is the founder of the Sangamithra group of schools. She failed in tenth class maths. Today nearly 1800 students get an education through her school. She started her school in a small room at her house but today her school is expanded to 21/2 acres. She comes from a normal middle-class family. She always moved ahead with hard work and determination. There were really tough times in her life which challenged her grit but she never gave up. She donated her kidney to her father at the very young age of 18 years. Unfortunately, she lost her father after her sacrifice. After the loss of her father, she took up a job as a teacher to support her family and her education. After nearly ten years of work experience, she lost her job as she had health issues after delivering a baby girl. She started her own school in the name of her daughter Sanghamitra. Her school stands for values of life and focuses more on development rather than marks. Today there nearly hundreds of people working under her and 1800 students in her school. She tells us that consistent hard work is the only key. She shared her amazing story through the Josh Talks Telugu platform.
