- Big 310 cam from dyno cams with a billet rod, flywheel, piston, and side cover from gopowersports.com stage 5 head with big valves and 44lb valve springs! Reving over 9k rpm and making 25+ hp this engine and minibike setup is absolutely insane. Get ready everyone for mini mayhem 2024 will see you all at the drag strip!

why didnt you clean the carbon on the piston before you installed the head?
We just didn't care to lol and besides looks it has no play in the performance of an engine when it's that little bit. Major buildup you definitely would want to clean off!

What is the ratio of those rockers?
1-1 rockers with a .310 cam now. Was a .265hot cam with 1-1.3 ratio rockers but we switched it up for a better power band

Damn 26/28 is considered big valve, her in cail 28/32 is the minimum
Might be 28/32 I'd have to measure them to know for sure. They are at least 4mm bigger then the stock ones for the non hemi engines

@@MiniMetalFab so you have a Dyno graph to prove you made 4x power????? I build these all the time and stock bore and stroke isn’t making 4 times stock….yes a cam carb and bigger valves will make “more” power but there is a lot of other factors…. IGN timing cam timing… bore stroke compression…..
@@turbshangin no dyno sheets. One day will have a dyno. But based off math and similar builds that's about what it should make. Give or take depending on how good of a carb tune u can dial in. And I'm well aware of everything it takes to make the most power you can. We simply don't give out all our secrets and if we showed every little thing we do to these the videos would be hours long... lol we just build them to the best we can and try to make somewhat educational and entertaining content!
@@MiniMetalFab I’m not busting on you guys…. Just saying you’ll get there… it takes time to learn… I’ve blown up a bunch learning the fine limit….. but realistically 25hp is a big numbers…. And for it to make that and stay together is almost a miracle…. Keep up the good work…. And remember 95% of what you learn will be from mistakes…. But will make you better builders…
