Yes, the same bullshit and this feeling is tied to certain places, such as a supermarket or a bar where there are a lot of people feeling that you are losing balance, but in reality you are not losing it it's psychological subconscious fear triggers it
You really think its subconscious fear? I don’t. I think its certain environments, the proximity of yourself to things that dont allow you to ground yourself. Environments that make it difficult for your eyes and your brain to communicate to yourself where you are in 3 dimensional space and your brain gets confused and just goes “ughhhh” and freaks out. Of course if you’re saying its subconscience then theres really now at to prove or know that. I personally do not have fear or anxiety when going in these places. Its not even a thought in my mind. If im at work and i have to go into a tight place to get a tool im actively thinking “where is the 3/4 studs” and i can feel my body start to feel “dizzy”… its possible its subconscience. I personally think its patterns, proximity to things like me in my kitchen with the cupboards or tight connexes or porta pottys where my brain is trying to figure out where im at in 3 dimensional space and is having a hard time bc the close walls are blocking my brain from having a ground to ground me to. Same with dark areas, im more off when entering a dark area from a light area. But.. who knows 🤷🏻♂️
