Spanish Legendary Captain - World of Warships Blitz

While I was on vacation, a Spanish Legendary Captain has been provided, so let's have another go in the Andalucía, and see if he can fix things.
Unfortunately, as is common knowledge, Spain never had any naval power to speak of in history, so there really wasn't any better choice than putting up a 16th century infantryman at the helm. Man, I wish there had been better options, but what can you do, it's not like Spain had a world-spanning empire or anything.

Edit: with the commander, the APCS+ should definitely help, from what I have seen, I have bounced the tier 7,s AP shells on a light cruiser

This commander really gave some motivation for t9 but tbh its a terrible ship if there is less cruiser then all the trouble to make something happen i think there should be some more torps make more sense to play like sea mines

We'll see when the even tiers come out. T8 might be decent, and it's either a "stop at 8" line, like the Dutch, or "suffer through 9".

Victorious Charge+ is good because the spanish ships can steal kills easily.

Some luck, but the APCS+ really makes a difference on those guns.
