Well done, Lee. 1st on getting the missus out with you, 2nd Danelle getting the nuggets! 3rd, not having to carry that big sucker out to crush. Wicked job. ❤ it 😊
Thanks Andy, she was very happy with her finds and I was pretty happy with mine😊. Cheers man.
Next time tip is to put a cloth/shirt/paper towels over the rock you want to hit/chip to prevent it from spaying everywhere. help protect you eyes. and prevents the gold from flying everywhere.
Wow Lee,you guys did great and that brand spankin’ new nugget you pulled out of that big rock is awesome man. Thanks Lee,really cool video buddy.
Cheers Morgan, it was one hell of a surprise! I've never had a target in a rock so big!
Nice work Danielle, well done on the gold and I guess you done OK Lee 🤣I had a huge rock like that once down in the bottom of Red Knob at Vaughan, I had to leave it there for a week as I couldn't lift it out, I went back with a sledge hammer and made it small, biggest bit was a .3g, but there was gold stuck in the little vugg's blocked in with clay, pretty much like your's. Nice work the both of you. Cheers Pete
She did well mate especially with that 2nd target. It was a real quiet one, I was impressed with that one! That would have been very hard to move if it was loaded with gold, but I would have found a way😉. I think it was more conglomerate but it can still be called a specie, surely. Cheers mate.
Great day out for you and Danielle 👍👏👏
I was so glad for her getting her biggest bits, such a good day🙌
Awesome lee, good onya mate 🍻
Thanks man🍻
Good size nugs mate.. Fun trip.. my partner has the gold bug as well.. As much as I love going out with my mates it’s even more rewarding when I go with her. Sharing the memories. 😜✨✨⛏
It was a fun trip mate. 100% it's so good seeing your partner get onto some gold🙌.
Nice Lee. Two things. You need a bigger dolly pot. And you need to get your missus a pick with a point on it. Cheers mate
Thanks Garry, she has one mate but likes that one for some reason🙃. Cheers.
Good couple of bits there for Danielle. Was wondering how you were going to more the specie back to the vehicle. Good bit out of it. Great time out. Well done Lee 😁👍
She did well, that's for sure, and that 2nd target was a great pic up, I was impressed. If it was loaded with gold, I would have found a way to get it into the Ute, that's for sure! Cheers.
Oh, Lee, danelle is so funny, so good. You may be able to get Cordell's grinder and may do the specy. lol
She thinks she is lol
Awesome stuff mate you might have to get an excavator to pick the thing up lol
Thank you😊. Wouldn't it be amazing if it was loaded with gold!
Great video Lee. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Steven, I appreciate it mate. Cheers🍻
I love the banter 😂
Well done to you both 😁😁😁
Haha constantly giving each other shit🤣
You needed a bigger hammer😊.
As for the clay in the quartz, there are a few theories on this, but ill go with as the liquid silica was coming up forming the reefs it cut through and along different bedding plans slates sandstone etc as well as faults or slides which is more then often a clay like material these can occur before, during and after the quartz/ironstone intrusion has occured.
Yours was most likely a fault/slide that was present before the silica come up housing it in solid quartz the gold as a liquid would have been attracted to the mineralised fault. Giving you a nug
Found some like this years ago, but crystallized.
Well done, I recently purchased an enhancer from a member from your club, the word around town is that your a gold magnet.⛏️
That sounds very interesting, it can be tough to figure it all out sometimes.. oh I don't know about that mate lol. I just get out a lot.
Nice work mate love the big species 😆
Thanks bro, I'm keen to see how much you get out of yours mate.
I got .780 out of it mate I'll send you a pick of it it's so beautiful and shiny

It is awesome she's found gold before, just small stuff so these were her biggest👌. Haha shattered it wasn't full of gold mate. So good I'm glad he got a nice one. You'll have some luck in WA man🍻. Cheers.
Love that
Cheers bro
No one can hate on maximov now
Think Safety first all the gold in the world won’t replace one of your eyes if your chipping rock and put out an eye “Safety Glasses”!!!
Your going to be dollying for a while Lee
Lee why have you gone back to the original coil on the 6 ? Do you think the original coil is better or the nugget finder?
I prefer the round coils mate👌.
shoulda takn a sledgie mate crack’er in half😂😂😂 bloody nice 1 you lucky buggers😊
Thanks man, if the signal was stronger it would have been in the back of the Ute!
@@SavageProspecting hahaha thats where mine lives too
Looks like gold, taste like gold, it must be gold. Need a new hat? NY? Noooooo😊
Haha not a fan just needed a hat 😅
Sell the whole thing for 10 + grand
Nice work Lee and danielle. I would love to see that specie rock getting crushed up to see if any tiny gold is in it. A lot of work but could be a fun video to watch.
Thanks Martin, maybe one day but damn that'd be some work lol.
Finding a lady into prospecting, priceless
She likes when she's getting gold haha. Nah she does like it.
More than likely there are feldspar minerals in that pegmatite and through the process of hydrolysis they turn into clay I’m sure there were probably black spots (feldspars) in that chunk and being that close to the surface had a chance to get water to them great finds as usual you definitely have a knack for finding gold (more than a lot of people) keep up the good work legend thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼 p.s. they say there isn’t gold in bull(white) quartz but I sure see a lot of it found in it lol
Some big words there that I know not much about🤣 but it's all makes enough sense. I just get out there and hunt around man, I spend a lot of time at a lot of different spots. I appreciate it mate. All the best. Cheers Lee.
@@SavageProspecting google them, the more you know….. you didn’t know much about the army when you went in either but your a smart lad and you figured it out.
Very disappointed Lee, I expected you to carry that back to camp😂. Awesome video mate, some nice bits found.
Haha I'm glad I didn't have to mate. Cheers🍻
Hard work that last nugget, congrats mate.
Thanks mate, it's always easier when it turns out to be gold👌. Cheers .
Good job
big rock man should of took it home as a specie mate ha ha
Haha not enough gold in it to worry about that unfortunately..
