12v center minus is the same as the ACA adapter. I have a 12v from my old netgear router with a reverse polarity. Works like a charm.

I'm not sure I understand the question. I know nothing about the interworkings of the pedal or about electronics in general - all I know is that the old Boss pedals work fine on a standard 9v plug so long as they are daisy chained with another pedal.

If you daisy chain with a non Boss PSA pedal would it still work correctly? Lets say daisy chain it to another center negative 9 volt pedal.

@dicemansr77 so, is there no problem using a regular 12v power supply? pedal works fine with it? no "negative tip" then?

@dicemansr77 My question is about the second way of powering ur pedal in ur description "12v power supply (negative tip!)", 'cause i dont have a day chain and im about of buying an old ds1 ACA series... so i dont get it... and buying batteries all the time is a rent.

It's not negative advice, it's actually quite important. "TIP" in this context means the inside of the plug, not "advice". The polarity of the plug should be tip(-) / ring(+).

Why is negative to put a 12v power supply if ACA series adapters use 12v?

Is it ok to power a ACA 12v pedal trough Noise suppressor's 9voutput? isn't it kinda same thing as daisy chaining? correct me if im wrong!

Ah, my bad - I forgot that I'd used the 12v in the video as well.
So, yes - your options are:
    9v battery
    12v power supply
    9v power supply daisy chained

hey so, i have an old Boss CE2 which is ACA, and it does seem to work fine in the daisy chain..So its fine to power BOSS 12v ACA pedals as long as its in a daisy chain with other 9v PSA pedals? Could you explain why this is?

Ok so My pedal is a 9v 300mA but I lost the AC adapter... Could I use a 12v 300mA adapter instead??

on the pedals it reads "9v" so its ok to use ACA that read 12v?

It needs to be "negative tip" - you must use the correct polarity.
