A lot of Italian/ Renaissance statues are not perfect proportionally, but it was done on purpose to look more feminine or masculine, like bigger feet or broader shoulders for example. They knew exact proportions but didn’t use it. Also a lot of females look masculine due to modeling was more commonly a male job.

Yea but then Egypt couldn't accept it cuz they didn't have enough money to build the statue after finishing the suez canal which is where it was meant to be so they changed the design when they gave it to America it wasn't how she originally looked like you can google the original design/drawing correct me if i am wrong
