do you think they are going to remake damage taken as elemental? usually when players rely or abuse something too much they either remove it or rework it, an i see everyone relying heavily on that, basically crit resist and 100% phys as ele.
This one is underrated, no matter if you are a pathfinder or not and no matter if you have flask effect/duration or not. Getting phys taken as on a flask is very powerful and very convenient. Having enkindling orb on it is op as well.
I'm trying transcendence for the first time, using tunas guide for chieftain. It's crazy strong and I love it! I'm at 87% all res with it and only weird lag combined with some dots have killed me. Spent all my 260 divines to do it though 🤣
I left path of exile 7 years ago and recently came back, and I own the legacy version with 20% of physics damage taken as cold, 30 extra cold damage one
Is the use of AI generated b-roll images really necessary for your videos? The info is educational and informative as always but the the images aren't even related to PoE.
I learned this league that there is at least one situation where Taste of Hate might actually be detrimental to your build, namely if you're planning to use the Bloodnotch + Immutable Force + Valyrium package to mitigate hit damage. For whatever reason, a critical strike with any cold component that freezes cannot also cause you to be stunned, even if you're immune to actually being frozen, meaning that these hits will also never trigger Bloodnotch's recovery effect. Shifting any portion of the phys damage you take into cold can be risky in these kinds of setups unless you also have a way of fully preventing enemy critical strikes like Garb of the Ephemeral. In fact, if you wanted to be really safe, you might look at getting 100% of cold taken as a different element instead.
I mean, mageblood still has 1 open for a unique or life flask. As for progenisis, I think it does better with recoup, while taste of hate is mostly plug and play.
Items like this are the problems that defense is so broken in poe right now. Evasion should be squishy if you get hit but not with this. Es should be squishy against phys but not with this, all on top of spell suppress. And then there is armor, struggles to get spell suppress and has to play jug with 1 million armor or chieftain with these items to get tanky. Ggg should make a 3.15 for defences to balance all out but they never will, because of the backlash. This game is more broken in a bad way in every new season. I still play it, but it's more of a shitshow than it was since legion league. That time was peak. No bullshit broken op items that boosted your survivability 3-5 times.

I got perfectly rolled Taste of Hate from a key in the legacy league years ago.
If you don't mind playing on Standard, you can fund many a build with that. Just DON'T divine it.

pf ascendency only affects magic flasks not uniques ;(
Small nodes apply to unique flasks too
Yeah it’s not 30% like sirgog is saying, it’s 20% from the small nodes (25% if you elect not to take a 4th ascendancy), so he’s only a little wrong.
GG flask for how cheap of a flask it is. Only weakness is mageblood and progenesis exist.

Tides of Time also exists now, so that weakness is is also gone now. :)
