any tips for starting inline? I played when I was younger and just went to a local sports arena and looked like a newbie. My skates were wobbly at the ankle and I couldn’t transition from offense to defense too well.
@@DeFoInCali I'm just kidding dude, I was the younger brother to the Payettes on the team. I was 12 at that tournament and it was awesome. Two small town teams battling it out, was an incredible tournament.
@@campayette962 It’s all good haha. Tell your brother I want a rematch. Our goalkeeper won’t wear skates this time lmao. Rollerblading in the 90’s was the coolest. I think it is great to talk to people that were there.
I have a number of South Florida inline hockey videos courteous of my father who recorded dozens of my games. This includes a few from NHL Breakout ‘98 and ‘01. I hope to share them soon.
I think the goaltender for Canada was terrible. I think number 69 for Canada should have played goal for them. He's a great skater, better looking, and all in all a better person. And smarter. And funnier. And better with women. Just better all around. Just saying.
played in the junior inline Olympics nationals in Fort Meyers, FL in 2001, was searching for anything regarding that and found this. pretty cool find
I was a member of the Pawling Wolfpack

How does the US goalie wear skates and the Canadian goalie gets away without wearing any skates?
its goalies discretion, was in the rule book. choose to wear them or not.
