The BEST Homemade Cinnamon Rolls (Buns)❤️

Recipe
The dough 🪶
200 ml milk + 12 g dry yeast + 1 tablespoon sugar (mix well so that the yeast dissolves and leave to activate for 15 minutes).
2 eggs + 0.5 salt or a little more than half a teaspoon.
Butter 75 g (you can add it before the flour, or you can add it after the flour when kneading the dough. In the video Shorts, on my channel, I added butter later.).
Sugar 100 g (from this amount we take 1 tbsp.l. for sourdough).
Flour 500 - 550g (add in small portions ).
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Roll out into a rectangular layer of 35 or 40 x 55 cm.
Lubricate the layer with butter, the oil can be at room temperature and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
For the filling ,
Sugar 150 g
Ground cinnamon 35 g
Butter 70 g (for lubricating the formation).
After we cut the roll into circles every 4-5 cm, we spread it on a baking sheet and leave it for 15-40 minutes so that they rise again.
Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
Fudge
Mascarpone or curd cream cheese 200 - 250 g.
5 tbsp milk or cream.
Powdered sugar 90 g. + vanilla sugar 1 tbsp.l.
Butter 40-50 g (room temperature)
Mix everything with a mixer.
We lubricate each bun abundantly with cream and eat the buns warm. 👍
