Delicious Cannelloni - Stuffed Pasta Recipe
පහසුවෙන් හදාගත හැකි ඉතාලියන් කැනලෝනි රෙසපිය
Ingredients - අවශ්‍ය දේ:
12 cannelloni tube (කැනලෝනි පැස්ටා)
500g minced lamb (ලෑම්බ්)
1/4 cup minced spinach (ස්පිනාච්)
400g tomato puree (ටොමාටෝ පියුරෙ)
100g mozzarella cheese (මොසරැල්ලා චීස්)
2 tbsp tomato sauce (තක්කාලි සෝස්)
2 tbsp olive oil (ඔලිව් තෙල්)
1/2 diced onion (ලොකු ලූනු)
4 tbsp ketchup (කෙචප්)
1 tsp pepper (ගම්මිරිස්)
1 tsp paprika (මිරිස් කුඩු)
1tsp salt (ලුණු)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (සාදික්කා කුඩු)
For Bechamel sauce -
300 ml milk (කිරි)
50g butter (බටර්)
1/2 cup flour (පාන්පිටි)
1/4 cup diced onion (ලොකු ලූනු)
1 tsp pepper (ගම්මිරිස්)
1tsp salt (ලුනු)
