The Masala Dosa Making Master of Bardoli "Khau Galli" Fast South Indian Street Food in Surat, India.

The dosa guys were very busy at the time of my visit making favourites such as "Regular, Mysore and Cheese Dosas. I didn't feel it appropriate or right to ask too much for the recipe ingredients (but I'm sure that you should be able to work out most of the ingredients used).

In our most recent trip to India (Nov 2017 & Jan 2018) we made several visits to this street restaurant and we were never disappointed with whatever food we had from here.
There is nothing hidden and no secret to the recipe because everything is made in full view of waiting customers.
The mashed Potato Masala filling recipe ingredients typically includes some or all of the following: Boiled Mashed Potato, Turmeric, Onion, Mustard Seeds, Ginger, Chillies, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Chopped Onions, Carrot, Dry Kastoori Methi.
Usually a dosa is served with Sambar and a Coconut Chutney.
We love eating food that is blessed by hand and human touch and further energised and charged by positive thoughts.
Making them freshly to order and serving them piping hot within a matter of minutes.........delicious restaurant quality food; but at affordable street food prices - with no service charge added !!!
Unlike some places there is nothing hidden and no secret to the recipe because everything is made in full view of customers.
