during take off, the pilots entered the runway at around 1/3 of the runway. Then they performed a very powerfull take off and the planes wheels left the runway almost at the end of the runway.

I think, this lift off was the wrong direction of the runway?
As an avgeek I’d say the pilot was very stupid. Using all that runway is extremely dangerous. Literally it’s just luck when he rotated as if he did it maybe 1 second later the plane may of touched the grass.
It is, of course, perfectly possible that the plane may have been overloaded. If the maximum takeoff weight is exceeded, the runway requirement will be greater, and the aircraft will climb more slowly. In some cases, exceeding the maximum takeoff weight can cause a crash (that's how Aaliyah died).
Alfie I understand that an uncommon takeoff like that may seem a bit scary to you.
However every takeoff performance is being calculated by both pilots individually and it is completely fine to use almost all runway if within limits. The lift off was about 150m before the threshold and I am sure it went just as planned. So no, the pilot was not stupid nor was it pure luck but rather a normal takeoff.
Besides that Ryanair has an over 35 year safety record and it can be labelled as one of the safest airlines in the world.
as a 737 pilot I can guarantee you the takeoff performance calculated is the furthest thing from luck...
