Vegetables are rich in nutrients and easy to grow | Nasturtium officinale

Hello everyone, today I would like to introduce to you Nasturtium officinale, an extremely easy to grow vegetable that contains many nutrients and vitamins, especially vitamins C, A, B1, B2 and high levels of Carotenoids. So it's good for the eyes, heart, skin, and increases the amount of antioxidants.
Nasturtium officinale does not require any soil, just use regular vegetable growing soil, or whatever soil you have. Open soil will help the plant grow well and quickly.
This vegetable is grown by cutting , cutting healthy section and sticking them in the soil, and in a short time you will have a pot of green vegetables. When planting, stick the part of the stem that touches the soil so that roots can grow there.
When the they is 10 days to 2 weeks old, meaning the they has grown into the soil, you can add nitrogen fertilizer to the tree, possibly black urea or fish nitrogen fertilizer (with the video you watch, I did not add any additional fertilizer), because the initial soil is also quite fertile).
After 21 days, the pot of vegetables will be green and can be cut and eaten. If you leave it for 1 month, the amount of vegetables harvested will be greater. Each initially propagated stem will produce a cluster of vegetables, not just 1 or 2 stems. This vegetable is cut and then sprouts again, so you will plant it once but eat it for quite a long time. You keep cutting and eating after many generations, until you see that the plant is old, then cut and propagate in another pot.
I usually use this Nasturtium officinale salad to cook soup. After seasoning the soup, you add the vegetables and turn off the heat. When the vegetables are just cooked, they will be crispier and more delicious. Sometimes I use this vegetable to juice to drink (I juice it with other fruits).
Whether you plant this watercress in cool or full sun, the plant grow well. Depending on the amount of sunlight the plant receives, the color of the leaves will change. Plants in cool conditions will have green leaves and stems but full day sunlight will make the leaves and stems of the vegetable turn red purple.
