Some Good & Bad For MXGP 24

- We finally have an idea on when the release date will be for MXGP 24 The Official Game. The release date is set for November of this year. I would expect MXGP 24 gameplay to be showing up in the next few weeks. Lots of new information we go over in the video today.

KT recently released Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown and were also responsible for the WRC Games from 2015 to 2022 as well as Flatout 4: Total Insanity in 2017 and V-Rally 4 in 2018.

Cant be that hard to make a sim dirtbike game on console. I want a sim so bad. Just not bad enough to spend 3k or more on a pc to play them.
You could literally put a 4090 in a PC that's not worth 3K 😂😂. You could get a good PC for around 5 to 700 (obviously not with a 4090)

You could build a pc for much less to run mx Sim or mx bikes..

@@nikomouklab no, but it is in kind of a limbo where Monster is licensing the tracks to MxvsAtv, but we're unsure about an official game.
@@Corrado-Junior-Soprano license switched from exclusive to non-exclusive, meaning that we could have official SX series in 10 different games.
But I agree with you, we don’t know about a dedicated game as of now. It’s a shame because IMO SX6 was in the right direction.
Called it. Nacon publishes session skate sim and the only thing they’ve done since they were acquired is release shitty paid dlcs that are tied in with brand deals that no one asked for. I have 0 faith the game will be any good. None of their games have been “great”. Some decent ones maybe. But nothing special.

This game probably gonna sucks. By what we saw until now, the game looks like is being developed by someone that never ride a motocross track, they probably gonna ruin at the physics. The game is about to be launched in November and they didn’t “added” whips and scrubs. That is a concern. Not because I wanna whip my bike in the game, but says a lot about what they are giving attention..
Doesn’t sound like a multiplayer only game.
A multi player only Mx game wouldn’t work too well with most people. At least I don’t think so. I could be wrong

My only hope is that KT and Nacon released the Isle of man series, which are one of the best experiences on a bike racing game, the sense of speed, the physics, the sound, was so nice, also they released WRC generations, which I enjoyed, not the best rally game of all time, but still, pretty solid
If Nacon is involved the game will be DOA, Nacon likes to release half-baked games then a ton of MTX, and the upgrades all go towards MTX. So yea expect the same. But we will see.
Yea. I was thinking the same thing. I have Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. And it had/has massive problems at launch. I’m sure it will affect MXGP 2024 unfortunately. I’m hoping I’m wrong. But I feel a delay.

Why can't they make these MX games look more realistic with the movements?
I don’t know how they could go from Mx vs ATV Unleashed bike sounds, which were light years better than what they have now, to bikes that sound like games from the 90’s. How difficult can it be??

@@foxmx125 still applies to mxgp. No modern dirt bike game has somewhat realistic sounds aside from MX Bikes imo.
@@parkerrussell5054 maybe that proves how hard it is to get sound right nowadays with all the advancement in audio.🤷 Half the people in mx bikes use a fan made sound pack made by a dedicated team for sound design anyway, since piboso won't touch their shit game. At least the fans are dedicated to make the game good, so good that it's probably the best mx game out currently which is cool.

The mxgp games were fun but I’m glad it’s out of milestones hands. It felt way too heavy, all the bikes in all their games felt too heavy and didn’t flow well. I’m happy with Mx legends. It’s fun for me and I hated it at first

If I'm being honest, we need a new company and a new motocross series that's neither MX vs ATV or MXGP/MES. I just feel we need a new company with new spirit...

My problem with 2021 is the lack of support and updates. No new tracks, bikes, gear, etc., is pretty dissapointing. Also, the multiplayer is extremely limited in functions

KT'S WRC series was really meh, sounds were horrible, physics were bad (for steering wheel only, for keyboard and controller were ok and fun) but the career mode was actually pretty cool imo, hopefully mxgp is good
Nacon is known for pumping out constant low budget simulators and focus on quantity rather than quality. So take that for what it's worth. The strike is alittle ridiculous. No company is going to change and once they start missing their paycheck they'll come back or just find a new job like they should have in the first place. As far as 24 only thing that worries me is the "Fleshed Out Career Mode" aounds lime the normal average racing career youd find. Hope theres more to it.
KT has done some good work with the WRC series, but they lost the license a few years back. That studio hasn’t been the same since, and the quality of work isn’t up to par in my opinion. So far Test Drive Solar Crown has been a huge disappointment. It’s gotten really bad reviews from 60% of players on console. I do hope that KT bounces back, and a happy work environment goes a long way in making that happen.

Finally, something is happening...As for the Supercross, are there any new updates? Do you know if Milestone still holds the license?
They haven’t resigned. Riders haven’t had scans in 2 years. Thankfully Mx legends has the 2024 sx tracks
@@Familytube90 2 years? Christian Craig had hinted on his TH-cam channel at the beginning of January that scans were underway for the '24 season on behalf of Milestone, so this had given us hope. However, as of today, there is no news.
Probably won't hear anything about it till around the start of next season
Was an announcement 5 days ago. They're doing the 25 season in 2025, instead of being a year behind.
