I too done the same for Baleno steering issue, I explained my problem and I showed them on highway by taking the service advisor and mechanic with me in car for half day. First I demonstrated the issue by driving and asked them to test the same and then only finally they accepted

Sir, for tick tick sound,I had this issue with my nexon when my battery charge went down. I had to have my battery recharged and then it worked. Please check your alternator which charges your battery or battery health from local store.

Exide battery which comes in new vehicle mostly fails. Same happened in Duke 390 .I also get battery replaced

Never buy any newly released products either cars or software. Wait for a year or two for the manufacturer to fix all the issues.
We can buy a new vechile....plz stop ur reverse marketing...since every brand wil do all the test and then only release a product...

It was an issue with battery only you should have checked voltage at the time of cranking
Last month I booked punch AMT in bangalore dealer. The sales person was not able to respond my simple queries on call after booking.. Later I went to that tata dealer and came to know only that the assigned sales advisor and team leader left the job. These people are not having any courtesy to update me. Had I not went to the dealer , they would not have updated me.
Seems tata themselves are highly lethargic and dont have sense to understand the customer's concerns. Then how can I expect them to regulate their dealer to address a customer's concern?
Though tata is producing safest cars like punch, nexon, altroz, tiago , harrier..etc their pathetic and ignoring attitude made me to cancel the booking. Seems I have to follow-up to get back my booking amount.
Yes.. I am missing the top class build quality (5 star ncap) but at the same time I dont want to regret later. Booking itself they are not capable of handling properly then how can I trust them for subsequent important proceedings like PDI checks, delivery , after-sales service?

Yes correct battery problem Amt will not start ,, I faced in i10 after 4 years only when batter drain then I replaced it to new only but hyundai service is good ....
I had same issue in Tata Nano and could not rectify and finally sold for scrap since AMT unit cost 1 lakh... If you are planning for amt please have 5 year AMC contract so that the parts will be covered if not you will have bad time with amt car....

Bro I’m owning nexon xz+ petrol and its now 2 months old and the matter is while taking delivery u need to check the whole car and the voltage of the battery and the matter is the service and the response of the tata service is very good and the working staff in the showroom all are very good and i was giving u the experience from thiruvannamalai sayar tata♥️
My god i faced similar issue with my Punch Adventure Rhythm MT, i had noise problem from all four doors from 650 km onwards, they replaced all the four door frame beading then it got fixed, I had pickup problem in 2nd gear, i drive to marudhamalai after driving 400KM and while riding up in the hill the engine came almost to dead state but am pressing the accelerator pedal fully no response, i applied brake brought to neutral and then 1st gear, The same thing happened to me in Chennai Thirumangalam bridge, while i riding up from padi to cmbt, i was driving in 2nd gear in slow moving traffic the engine is not providing the enough torque equal to acceleration i am giving, while pumping the accelerator pedal it suddenly picked up like hell,.. this kind of delay pickup is risky.
then as usual worst service experience, The technicians always lie to us, they wont do any work even though they find issue, they will wait for your warranty period got over to charge you like hell it seems, For my Pickup problem i reported they did the same thing they will speak within themselves and next day they will say its okay no problem in engine, Just wash, Clean and return to customer thats how they do service, I use to hear Tap Tap sound from chassi whenever i increase the speed...
My car lost its power while driving even I pressed accelerator pedal but it doesn't move when I switch off my car and on after that pedal worked can anybody help me to rectify this issue? 3 months old did 1st service only!
@@Jk-videos they will say that the car is fully electronic controlled and this delays in pickup is normal. They don't know how to fix the issue, Ask your Mechanic to do Re-Adaptation this will reduce the pickup problem little bit. But still I have the lag issue while riding on a slope or hill.. waste product.
This is a common problem in AMT .. I had similar issue in Celerio and the service guy said everything needs to be changed in the unit.. Later they fixed it for 7500.
As soon as put the key and open, you will see a sound, that is AMT getting activated. Before starting if we do not get the sound it means the AMT unit is not active
Sharing is important
Here sound is not coming from Transmission. it comes from starter.
@@DiwakarRajanOnline It might be interlinked. Unless AMT is not activated the starter does not work ... Since their are not much of AMT mechanics are also clueless.. Maruti service center are more experienced and can solve this issue

Same issue come to my Nexon too, Battery problem, Battery drained just in 3 weeks on a newly delivered car, When Tried to start the vehicle Everything worked well except cranking. 'F' showing in Instrument cluster and tik tik tik tic tik noises came. Vehicle Jumpstarted temporarily and sent to SC. They replaced the battery under Warranty. Now working fine for last 11 months. Exide stock battery is the major problem. All Tata Cars have some sort fit and finish issues. My friend's Harrier's fuel pump ie low pressure motor fault with in first 1500 km or within 10 days .Many nexons have Transmission oil seal issue is there. Boot lid actuator problem, Door lock open issues, Some have coolant leak problem ie coolant pipes broken due to over heat. Hoses cannot withstand heat. Lower arm and rocker arm ball joint noises, rattling noise from seat belt pre tensioners.
if somebody owns a tata cars he will eventually learns himself how to face problems. He/she may arrive at the conclusion that we have to learn about the working of car at least for namesake.

If this repeats check the wiring as well. I had this issue with my Nano. Once under warranty they replaced the actuator motor, then next time battery was changed, now this third time they are changing the wiring. Everything they take about a week to 10 days. We must be patient though. Give them some time they do good service. For me both Ambattur and ECR Laxmi TATA did good service.

Faced similar issue with my hyundai venue. 2 days after delivery i noticed parcel tray got damaged and rear seat cushion clip got broken and not getting seated properly. got both replaced after fighting with the team. i bought manual in particular in fear of these kind of problems..

Amt I am not recommend because we always depend on service center ,,,layman can't fight and get all this in service center ,,, but you story is nice explained

I am using Tata Harrier. That Aminjikarai service centre is very bad Grudave Motors.
Before i planned punch and triber , both car i did a test drive and finally i selected triber because triber is value for money.
No you are wrong. Triber actually came up like MUV but with less engine performance. Also back seat were not that comfortable. May be for short distance you can go with 6 people. Tata Punch is good in look vise and better mileage comfort. Also no compromise in safety.

How is your long term service experience
My experience with Honda jazz. Problem has to be identified by the owner and ask them to check. Otherwise they will say all are fine. car is clean and neat. I have so many problems with Honda service. Either the service person doesn't have skill or lazy to do the work
Yes bro they are lazy to check it . Only customer has pain in thier butt. They won't even listen our problem. Simply try they convince us with out checking the issues.

One of the main reason TATA lost market is their negligence in service. But I feel even if one have BENZ they will also face same issue I think.
Some problems I had with Honda. Plz read only If you have patience. My sad part of owning Honda car :(
1) In my car rat will enter inside cabin via AC vent. When I told it is coming inside how can I accept this, its a design flaw. Then they lifted the whole car and they try to prove me that there is no gap for rat to enter.
I asked them to open the plastic part where wiper is fixed. Then there is a rectangular gap for outside air to go through AC filter. RAT was using that path. Then words from them
2) For honda Jazz Bridgestone B250 model Tyre was heavy although the size is correct. My mileage reduced to single digit. When i reported to honda, they drove the car just 2 km gently and showed the odometer mileage reading after resetting. It will show 14 to 16. they simply told all fine. But since i changed the tyres, i am sure the problem in tyre. i changed to Michelin, I got mileage of 14 in city and 16 to 18 in highway.
3) clutch issue. clutch become very hard and i started getting leg pain. They checked and told clutch is fine. But since already 2+ year over, this is very normal for clutch become hard.
4) Sometimes i feel they just wash and give the car. If there is service done, when we touch the steering and gear we can really sense it.
5) some default charges in bill . Like wiper fluid will be full. I never uses them. But still they will charge as if they filled it fully. So many things they don't do it. But they claim all done.
6) I had disc problem. Applying breaks on 100+ kmph speed steering will shake. Until i say this they never found the issue
7) Now i have one more problem. waiting to see if they can discover it or not.
My santro xing 18 years old black beast. This Tata punch not having power. I test drived. My Santo xing never stopped in my 4 years experience. I am 3rd owner of tat car. I like punch but afraid of performance, service and resale. Now planning to buy Honda amaze, Aura or I20. Maruti safety issue
This is why maruthi rules!!! Still it's from suzuki.... India car india car dan!.. Now I totally changed my mind to some other brands instead of tata...... Renault kiger is best in this segment!!!
If you book kiger go for turbo Variant.

It is not battery problem if it is battery problem it will be indicated in instument console they tricked you by saying it as battery problem the problem would actually be with AMT transmission or the shifting cables if the vehicle ECU does not detect the transmission position it will not give the command to fire the engine just like in two-wheeler in gear you cannot start the engine by pressing the engine start button unless the clutch is pressed the same way may be your car is not shifting to correct drive modes P N D and you may have missed to find it and take this from me when the service technician says everything is good ask him more questions
Bro Tata punch will not stop if geat got stucked however it will not create chik chik sound. So the sound is coming from solinoid due to insufficient voltage or battery weekness. These stock battery are not properly maintained and it create problems.
@Gokul Murugapandian so simple issue happen replace the battery. As stock battery has issues.
this is the exact reason why many go to maruti and Hyundai. they are reliable maruti launched amt around 2015 they tested in one model then upgraded it each year silently even when there were no issues in 2021 the same gearbox feels completely different almost zero issues. on they same period tata launched amt in nano still they arent able to fix the issues. amt failures are so common in Tata. harrier doesn't get problems coz fiat engine and Hyundai gearbox. if you buy a tata be prepared and have extended warranty.

Did you ever cry in the TATA service center or while using Punch?
I faced same starting problem with Punch Creative Automatic. But the issue was solved in a single one hour visit to Tata Motors workshop. They solved the problem by doing 'Brake Switch Sensor Adjustment'. Not a battery or starter motor problem
Bro your brake sensor issue is completely different. You will not hear heavy metal click sound if the brake sensor failed.

No problem is ecu. if the sensor or wiring compliant while resetting the ecu panalum start aga kudathu but reset panamothu start aguthu so it's may be ecu complaint.

It should have been solved in new model. Still my problem was not solved i just turned off the left side vent.
Software update should resolve amt issue.

Yes bro of starter motor has problem we need to hit and start. It will be hard to conclude that it is starter Motor vor solenoid issues. After this problem iam checking my car daily

You are not satisfied the service center, Please escalate to tata. Then only the service center will take action . Tata cancelled some of the service centers due to bad customer care.
It is too early to comment on thier service. Also I got on time service even during holidays. However thier approach in checking vehicle is not satisfactory as I have to push them to check it. Fact is all brand service centre has this mentality. We should push them

நண்பரே, 2009 இல் விஸ்டா காரை நான் வாங்கினேன். வாங்கிய நாளில் இருந்து வாகனம் on செய்வதில் பிரேச்சனை இருந்தது. ஒரு நேரம் ON ஆகும், ஒரு நேரம் ON ஆகாது. பலமுறை service centeril விட்டும் பழுதை சரி செய்யவில்லை.

I will say go for punch AMT rythm. It has Better ground clearance, better control and better safety than Swift. Only advantage for Swift is thier 4cylinder engine with better performance.

Celerio is the best option
Maruti celerio or alto is just for beginners. If you just completed driving from driving school.
Don't buy AMT. Go CVT.
Its a best performance segment with traffic usage is very comfortable. AMT not comfortable for traffic usage and also parking usage is very bad.
@@manojv668 semma comedy. CVT has big disadvantage after few rpm your engine will screem like anything. As if we are driving deisel lorry. Also it is very costly in price and maintenance. Definitely AMT is very good option for budget car users.

Very well explained sir. I have a Tiago AMT even for me the cost estimate what they say and final bill never matched. Due to AMT I cant give it outside service also. Thanks for your detail video. Hats off to your patience. One point to highlight here my co bro owns Honda Amaze he filled fuel in Shell car did not start so he did towing from ECR to villivakam later it was small software update missing horrible things happen he spent 5k for this small update companies need to consider and update software without owner request else we all may become goats.
