I'm a D/D/D player too. Your video gave me a lot of good tips. Thanks! These are the plays that I'm interested in: 4:05 - When Thomas is in hand -> Link Summon Gilgamesh -> Set Copernicus and Orthros -> Destroy them by Orthros's effect -> Set Thomas and return Orthros to hand by Thomas's effect -> Set Orthros and Pendulum Summon. 9:47 - When Maxx "C" is activated -> Fusion Summon Genghis -> Special Summon Gryphon from hand -> Special Summon Rage from Graveyard by Genghis's effect -> Activate Rage's effect. Opponent can't activate any effects from their hand.
God, I hope we get some modicum of D/D/D support in "Supreme Darkness". This deck has so damn many plays and is capable of building strong boards going 1st Also, goddamn, I haven't heard Sakuya's theme from Touhou in ages
you always need to play duels with the mindset that gilgamesh is getting negated by veiler or whatever. although sometimes respecting imperm too much can cost you but playing it safe doesn't hurt anyone (most times)
@@Taro_EST Also letting Raigeki resolve when having Gilgamesh, Siegfried and Abyss Ragnarok on the board at the same time isn't an half bad idea of yours so Siegfried can still be online to negate a spell on a later occasion that turn (provided the opponent's Called by doesn't ruin a comeback attempt). I still have quite a bit to learn. 😅
@@ace-trainer-aj i didn't know he has lightning storm so the decision making is obviously based on hand knowledge at that moment in time but the right play was letting raigeki resolve in hindsight
I think today meta is a bit better cause lower Bystial encounters. Can DDD use Fiendsmith engine in the future MD? I don't know but I think Fiendsmiths are Fiend and doesn't have restriction and can make High Caesar w/o 2 DDD fusions.
No dd typhon? The only thing I will never add in my DDD deck after playing for a whole year, is "Baronne da floor!". I always have a hard time getting him out. But After phantom of yubel came out, that thing became the best monster hand trap negate for me.
i been playing without typhon for a while now and it's been okay. also, i summon baronne alot more so than phantom so i guess every D/D player has his way of playing the deck.
what do you think about matchup against raidraptors, with a tower 4k atk and unaffected by other cards. Do you consider adding cards that boost a lot of attacks like ddd destiny king zero laplace, or using big alexander for 6k atk
i haven't played vs RR yet but from what i remember of them in old encounters is that they are fragile to droll (apparently they aren't after the new support from what i hear) i would play big alexander against the towers if i felt that the match up is hard but i feel like you can stop them with handtraps and just by winning the coin flip.
The DDD dynasty is building itself brick by brick, amazing duels. Last duel was the absolute epitome of this game these days.
Absolute cinema the duel vs fire king
absolute gigachad as always taro 👊🏻

glad i could help!
this is so genius , i have no idea thats D/D/D can be combo like this XD how stupid iam..
@@MamadGames it's not about being smart or dumb. it's all about how much you playtest with this deck.
@@Taro_EST keep it up taro, i'll subs for then next vids !
Honestly with this dead will forever be rogue. I mean that as a compliment. The longevity dd has with minimal support
the imperm predict was a beautiful thing. its not that d/d/d is good, its that the duelist is great.
THE GOAT!
this makes ninjas and dragon link look like beginner friendly decks
i mean this deck was always known to be hard. d link and d/d/d share some similarities in terms of being hard and needing capable pilots.
Bro the yugioh Nintendo duel music is on fire, feels like it give you the same nostalgic Energie then me ❤️
it's not just that. practically most yugioh games have great music in them. Konami really made some good games back in the day.
Nice duel against fire deck. I'm learning from you and using your decks. Almost running away from gold. Greetings from Brazil dude
Impressive as always, Taro! :)
salute to my fellow ddd player 👏
gang gang!
After all the luck the opponent had on the last duel, they forgot yubel has text
yugioh players don't read is not a meme
G.O.A.T
Amazing duel love u
The last attack on the tearlament duel💀
The Yubel player that summoned Gigantic with Rage and I:P overcooked 😅

the game is gonna be in this fiend meta for a while. if konami doesn't print new D/D's during this period then i'm done with konami tbh.
@@Taro_EST That or new Dark World cards
@@Slayerofall21 they should be supporting fiend decks in general during this time and not just fiendsmith and that's it

I missing savage dragon and crytal wing
Taro cook something unique.
That work around Imperm against the first Kash user was something else. Too many duels where Gilgamesh got hit by Imperm, by any chance?

fiendsmith can be played in D/D/D so expect that in the future

Hey taro. I’ve been experimenting with the utopia double or nothing combo for otk.. what do u think about it?
it sounds llike too much. the deck can otk without it but it's not bad to experiment with new things i guess.

Can you please make a combo guide ?
i already did that
Which deck is better barone or yubel?
how come you don't use the fiendsmith engine?
it's not out yet (in MD)
Is there any reason the deck has more than 40 cards?
the deck has alot of engine cards and you need handtraps
