Cheating doesn't warrant a death sentence with your own hands. People like that shouldn't be be around other people. Even if she goes to prison, someday she will get out and still have her life while she took someone else's life away from them.

She is likely to get manslaughter because the videos don't show that she wanted to kill him, but rather to punish him. If the prosecution fails to establish motive and intent then they can't try for murder.
