I like to hear it all! A day in your life, fitness, nutrition, beauty, grand parenting, self help, and little of everything. I love to hear it all…down to the basics to serious stuff. Emotions, menopause, decor. Everyday life. Thank you for sharing! I love to see your beautiful home, projects, walks and your faith! ❤ That’s why I’m a follower. You cover it all and I love it….especially being around the same age. 😊
I wanted to comment on what I like to see in your videos. I am growing along with your growth and loving and praying with the lord. I feel like I'm following your journey. I'm getting stronger as you are getting stronger in my conviction. I do like to see some of your wardrobe. And what you like to wear and how you make up an outfit. Those videos are very helpful to me. I watched a video of you a long time ago. And for one moment I thought you were full of yourself. And then I took a step back. And I said she's got some good information to share. Why not just listen to her and learn from her..thank you for all you do for us🎉
Tracey, your opening statement is profound. You said something that resonated with me.
Hi Tracy! I did the whole foods diet but with real butter, coconut milk instead of almond milk , avacado oil instead of avacado spray, and my body started putting on weight, so went back to my normal way of eating. Thank you for this!
My hubby and I pick a "word of the year" for us to focus on. This year is "Perseverance" - your bible verses match right up with this word! Thank you for sharing, and yes those morning workouts are tough but so helpful to start the day! Love you Tracy!
Thank you Tracy! I love all your content.❤
Thank you, Mrs. Tracy, this is so powerful!
I love your pep talks and wisdom!! I love that you speak openly about our Lord!! Thank you!❤ Keep it up!
SARDINES!!! i love them. For lunch or dinner. Never thought of snacking. 😊
I’m the same way, Tracy. I have tried the keto method several times, but it didn’t work for me. The diet you created for me works every time, but yes, it’s a lot of work-especially since I have to cook separately for my husband. As you always say, choose your poison.
This was awesome Tracy! Thank you ❤
Great video! I also enjoy your fashion and beauty content more than anything I would view from a fashion “influencer.” Your etiquette and manners videos are awesome too! I like how you do some of everything in your videos. Niche influencers seem too unnatural to me. Please keep doing what you do!
Thanks Tracy!
I’ve been a long time follower for many years now. I’ve got a few questions I’d like to ask and I know you won’t take offense to. So, I’d say about sometime last year I’ve noticed you started digging deeper in your spiritual journey. I know way back when Carley lived at home you attended church some. If you don’t mind me asking. What has changed in your life to make you want to grow your faith even more? Also, I noticed more so at the end of last year you were more emotional. You cried more on Instagram which is okay. I related to you so much. I often wonder if it’s because you have more grand babies now and how they pull on your heart strings.
Hi Candy! As a long-time follower, I recognize you. I am glad you found the messages I shared last year relatable, although I don't wish anyone pain and suffering.
To answer your question.
One of my goals for Quarter One of 2024 was to deepen my friendship with the Lord. I knew from my past studying the 'Word' that often when you take that step, things will go awry purposely by God to strengthen you and draw you closer to Him. In addition, you become a target for Satan to try to distract, entice, harass, and everything else to prevent you from deepening your intimacy with the Lord. I THOUGHT I knew what I was signing up for.
But then again, I didn't, at least to the magnitude. I ache typing this.
Of course, all hell broke loose in 2024 with one thing after another (to test me). But on the other side, his tests and the devil's antics strengthened me. I stayed firm in my faith, knowing God would not forsake me. While 2024 was rough, I have never been so stretched in my entire life. I stayed persistent.
I knew God had a bigger purpose for me and my life than helping others see and love their potential through my coaching and messages. I knew it was my responsibility to obey his will, so I spent much time reflecting, speaking to him, and listening. This led me to expand what I was already doing by helping others see meaning and purpose in their life on a much deeper level -to reach believers in a more meaningful way and be the voice for non-believers. Incredibly, I'm getting so many messages praising my work, which is encouraging. Be blessed, my friend.
Hi Tracy, a unrelated question, sometimes in your insta stories you have shared a note book where there is some writing and points. Wondering is that your own journal type thoughts, or is it a book that you're following and you jot notes down? Is this something that you reread each day, or it's only journaling? I tend to write quotes and all the Bible saying/ encouraging things in my journal, but I don't reread them. I'm forever taking screen shots of things I see on line so I can jot them down later. Some I put on note cards. There's so many good things to keep track of! Thanks 😍
Hi Laura. I addressed your question on Instagram Stories. I hope you get a chance to see it.
But if not, here's the short version -
I am currently doing a 40-day Bible Study. Due to the time commitment and my current schedule, I only commit to five days of reading/doing the study work. The notebook you see in my Stories is where I repeatedly journal what I took away from the chapter that I want to read often and study my entries. I'm sure I will revisit these notes throughout my life, so I curate them exceptionally well.
In addition, I write the Bible verse for that day's study on a notecard with a ‘Point to Ponder’ related to the scripture. The key is to have a system for reading what you journal or capture. This practice takes time, and you want to ensure you are resourcing you hard work and discipline.
It sounds like you’ve got a pretty good practice going. Keep building on it and staying consistent. God Bless!
That flank steak looks so good! I am going to have to try it. Thanks Tracy!
