🤕Bulawayo is home to the headquarters of PPC, the biggest cement producer in the country. Quarry stones and riversand are not a problem in the region. Batching plants can be set up days. Lack of concrete cannot be a legitimate reason
That cement from PPC is hardly on the market if you have noticed. the size of the plant doesn't mean anything, industries across the country are at 10% capacity & below. most of Zimbabwe's cement is imported.
@@foxbat473 aibo spare you telling me the A4 highway onke lesa cement is imported I thought the "mantra was local resources" 🙄 🙄 so that's why lafarge is folding?
@@kulhemhlongo cement used for A4 hway was probably bought all from Lafarge which in some cases runs low it only now Lafarge wants to expand its production, our cement is imported remember it's not government constructing the mall its Private company just like the BB border the partner brought their own cement etc. Lafarge is not folding it's selling off its cement interests all over the world for business reasons they are not broke.
I left Bulawayo in 2017 and 5 years on still all talk and nothing happening... If you can't finish a single mall in half a decade there is therefore no hope for any development
Zimbabwe is mashonaland Bulawayo is Mthwakazi you like it or not asikuncenga ama gukhurahundist we will restore boarders you like it or not ohlabekayo he can goes to mashonaland Mthwakazi is matebeleland people only shonas to mashonaland or malawi Tanzania and Zambia
The usual disease in Africa...we glorify and advertise things in paper, throw a bit of pebbles on the ground, dig here and there and watch the project stand still for decades...It will never finish
Mr Moyo is obviously not South African, his name is a giveaway. Him as many other Zimbabweans including his architect are enjoying life in Johannesburg. Leave SA out of this. Secondly it's not really a tender if his funding the entire thing himself.
