Dimash was born with thatGod Given talent & of course years of practice enhanced what he already have. Men usually can’t reach that pitch, very few can, maybe a handful. He also does have mastery & control of his voice, seamlessly changing from one octave to another. You will never find another singer/vocalist that can sing/perform like Dimash. Hi from the UK. Dimash is a rare voice and an even rarer person of great humility and kindness. One that comes along once in a thousand years. He sings in many different genres so never ever think you've heard all he can do as he will constantly surprise you. I'd like to recommend two of his music videos which are both very different. Be With Me and When I've Got You. I think you'll have a great time watching them.

Dimash is now age 30 and has trained classically/operatically for over 25 years. He has great natural abilities along with tireless rehearsing privately. He is probably the most dedicated singer on the planet and has such a wide vocal range, no one knows exactly how many octaves he has but at least 8 octaves. He is great at opera, contemporary, Kazak folk, pop (he adores Michael Jackson) love songs and his videos are incomparable. He is from Kazakhstan, tall at 6'3" and is good in several sports including underwater swimming which keeps his lung an unbelievable capacity.

The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. Sinful Passion is a song originally composed and released by A-Studio (band behind Dimash) and the original singer died some time ago. The original released song was not anything like what Dimash did to re-arrange this song. And only Dimash will likely ever sing this version of Sinful Passion. It's pretty much his song now. Dimash does sing a few covers but, mostly his own songs. If he does sing a cover, what he does to the song pretty much makes it his (such as the French Canadian rock opera song SOS). That's why, if he does sing a cover, he generally chooses songs where the original singer is deceased for several decades such as this one. There are a few covers where the singers are still alive and asked him to never sing the song again. (LOL) Dimash's version tends to take over the original version. And we absolutely adore Dimash's own music as he is a genius with composition and music production.

I liked and subscribed hoping for more Dimash reactions😊 Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway, but it does happen sometimes😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 15 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. At his concerts he tells the audience that he has given concerts in many countries and repeatedly emphasizes that he loves everyone in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His recent concerts were in Istanbul and Almaty in 2024, Kazakhstan. It was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, that you've seen the best and that it's impossible for it to get any better, you realize you're so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He is constantly his biggest competitior to get better and better. He is a real perfectionist. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is and likes to try new things. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He has so many different music genres and styles. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs. Every time you watch a new video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing and always a little different. Not only can he sing perfectly and his performances are outstanding he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄. Sinful Passion is such a great song. 23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. It’s unbelievable. In case you 're wondering, the thing with the flowers has something to do with respect for the artist. The audience listens to a performance without yelling or screaming that the artist can no longer be heard. No sound may be missing. In return, they then shower Dimash with flowers and gifts. That's the norm there. He then always donates the flowers to hospitals, retirement homes or similar institutions. Russian audiences are more reserved, but that doesn't mean they don't love Dimash. They just don't show it that way. Like I said, it's a cultural thing. By the way he didn‘t win The Voice. He became second in The Singer competition in China 2017, because of not being a Chinese. The following year in 2018, they changed the rules and Jessie J. won. The song he opened the competition with is called SOS. You really should see this. Dimash made an appearance on the program. I think it was a show for up-and-coming young Kazakh singers. The band that is accompanying him is the original band for this song. The keyboard player with the hair wrote it, but their lead sing singer had died a few years earlier of a heart attack. Dimash's band is also accompanying this song. Dimash began music school when he was five, and now has a Ph.D I believe in musicology. He is classically trained but sings in many different genres of music. He was offered a position at the Astana Opera House but turned it down to create his own style, which includes classical, rock, pop, jazz, and opera. He sings in 14 languages also. He is was still young, I believe 23, 24 if this done after his birthday, May 24th. Believe it or not, he does vocal training for 3-4 hours every day, and more if he has a concert approaching. The gentleman giving the standing "O" is Igor Krutoy, a renowned pianist, composer, and producer, who was retired until he heard Dimash. After this performance, he approached Dimash and his father to ask if they would allow him to compose music for Dimash. He came out of retirement strictly to compose for Dimash. You will see him accompany Dimash in a lot of his videos. It's hard to pick out what to listen to next. My favorites are Ikanaide, Love Is Like A Dream, Stranger, and his appearance on "Singer 2017, Adagio, All By Myself, Unforgettable Day, and Confessa/Diva Dance. The show that you are watching was not a talent contest. The one referred to " I Am Singer" is a Chinese talent show but it is not for amateurs. All contestants are professionals. The song is a cover of A'Studio song. The singer from the group died, his band mates are the ones accompaning Dimash. Dimash has been training since age 5.
He has trained in both operatic and contemporary vocals since he was 5. He is at this time 31 years of age 6' 3"-and skinny as a bean poll. This suggests that his voice box is more able to carry extreme notes. I think his normal speaking voice suggests he is a tenor-more likely counter tenor ( Think Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers, Steve Perry, Brad Delp the lead singer in Boston, and Roger Tayler of Queen are examples of counter tenors) These singers can hit higher notes without falsetto a feat that means they do not strain at these heights) Both of his parents are singers so his environment certainly affected his talent. I have never heard anyone with the range and voice control he has. I have goosebumps every time I hear him sing. Regardless of technical matters he is just incredible, breathtaking and precious

Sinful Passion is a song originally composed and released by A-Studio (band behind Dimash) and the original singer died some time ago. The original released song was not anything like what Dimash did to re-arrange this song. And only Dimash will likely ever sing this version of Sinful Passion. It's pretty much his song now. Dimash does sing a few covers but, mostly his own songs. If he does sing a cover, what he does to the song pretty much makes it his (such as the French Canadian rock opera song SOS). That's why, if he does sing a cover, he generally chooses songs where the original singer is deceased for several decades such as this one. There are a few covers where the singers are still alive and asked him to never sing the song again. (LOL) Dimash's version tends to take over the original version. And we absolutely adore Dimash's own music as he is a genius with composition and music production.

Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world.
He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway, but it does happen sometimes😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers.
His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 15 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert!
He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how.
Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. At his concerts he tells the audience that he has given concerts in many countries and repeatedly emphasizes that he loves everyone in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this.
His recent concerts were in Istanbul and Almaty in 2024, Kazakhstan. It was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, that you've seen the best and that it's impossible for it to get any better, you realize you're so wrong.
He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills.
He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He is constantly his biggest competitior to get better and better. He is a real perfectionist. He's a singer you can't put in any box.
He sings almost every genre there is and likes to try new things. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He has so many different music genres and styles. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs.
Every time you watch a new video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing and always a little different. Not only can he sing perfectly and his performances are outstanding he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄.
Sinful Passion is such a great song. 23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. It’s unbelievable.
In case you 're wondering, the thing with the flowers has something to do with respect for the artist. The audience listens to a performance without yelling or screaming that the artist can no longer be heard. No sound may be missing. In return, they then shower Dimash with flowers and gifts. That's the norm there. He then always donates the flowers to hospitals, retirement homes or similar institutions. Russian audiences are more reserved, but that doesn't mean they don't love Dimash. They just don't show it that way. Like I said, it's a cultural thing.
By the way he didn‘t win The Voice. He became second in The Singer competition in China 2017, because of not being a Chinese. The following year in 2018, they changed the rules and Jessie J. won. The song he opened the competition with is called SOS. You really should see this. With this song he became an overnight Megastar in China.

The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship.

Dimash made an appearance on the program. I think it was a show for up-and-coming young Kazakh singers. The band that is accompanying him is the original band for this song. The keyboard player with the hair wrote it, but their lead sing singer had died a few years earlier of a heart attack. Dimash's band is also accompanying this song. Dimash began music school when he was five, and now has a Ph.D I believe in musicology. He is classically trained but sings in many different genres of music. He was offered a position at the Astana Opera House but turned it down to create his own style, which includes classical, rock, pop, jazz, and opera. He sings in 14 languages also. He is was still young, I believe 23, 24 if this done after his birthday, May 24th. Believe it or not, he does vocal training for 3-4 hours every day, and more if he has a concert approaching. The gentleman giving the standing "O" is Igor Krutoy, a renowned pianist, composer, and producer, who was retired until he heard Dimash. After this performance, he approached Dimash and his father to ask if they would allow him to compose music for Dimash. He came out of retirement strictly to compose for Dimash. You will see him accompany Dimash in a lot of his videos. It's hard to pick out what to listen to next. My favorites are Ikanaide, Love Is Like A Dream, Stranger, and his appearance on "Singer 2017, Adagio, All By Myself, Unforgettable Day, and Confessa/Diva Dance. The show that you are watching was not a talent contest. The one referred to " I Am Singer" is a Chinese talent show but it is not for amateurs. All contestants are professionals. The song is a cover of A'Studio song. The singer from the group died, his band mates are the ones accompaning Dimash. Dimash has been training since age 5.

He has trained in both operatic and contemporary vocals since he was 5. He is at this time 31 years of age 6' 3"-and skinny as a bean poll. This suggests that his voice box is more able to carry extreme notes. I think his normal speaking voice suggests he is a tenor-more likely counter tenor ( Think Bobby Hatfield of the Righteous Brothers, Steve Perry, Brad Delp the lead singer in Boston, and Roger Tayler of Queen are examples of counter tenors) These singers can hit higher notes without falsetto a feat that means they do not strain at these heights)
Both of his parents are singers so his environment certainly affected his talent.
