65:4 it talks about Period that’s 3 month long that woman who had this period she have to wait before remarrying and woman who did had this period she have to wait too just in case she is not pregnant with her ex husband child

When a child reaches puberty it's when they are mature and can be allowed to marry also there is no age of consent in the bible

Are you sure? Puberty is a process though and people aren’t mature as soon as they hit it. It takes time before you’re actually mature, science suggests that you’re not fully mature until the early to mid twenties mentally and for sexual maturity until the process of puberty has finished (ages 15-17 according to this ) :
