What's up Timothy! I've run this one 3 times now, and I'd say sub 11 is very respectable. And sub 10 would be a fast for a non elite runner. The course is beautifully brutal, but you are going to crush it!!! Just let me know if you have any questions, happy to help in any way I can
@@wolfliferunning Well, I did it! I finished the quest this year! Not in the best of times, but happy I got it done. Now I know what I have to work on to perform better next attempt. Love all your videos! Curious question...how do the climbs compare to the ones you did in Run Rabbit Run???

That one was a doozy. Everything was earned. Great experience overall even though I had my moments
