Getting so close to 100K and then a boom to 1 million! By far and away the best cooking channel on TH-cam! The only thing missing (my opinion) would be slightly longer videos for your perks members showing how to execute dishes for a dinner party, so the mise en place and then showing how to reheat/prep everything for plating!
OMG, with my magnolia tree in bloom right now, I just have to visit my back yard for magnolia blossoms. I had no idea I could eat those lovely flowers. I have purple oxalsis in my flower beds, too. I love that I can use these deciduous plants from my yard in cooking.
wonderful chef, another fantastic video!, I share Jordan's opinion that it would be preferable to demonstrate how to reheat, preserve, and possibly substitute any ingredient.
Incredible! You are obviously a master of flavors and technique I am a vegan for many years, sometimes missing the taste of eggs. Do you have a recipe for something that resembles that? (without using black salt) Many thanks!
Looks amazing and really want to try this! But … I live in a country where getting magnolia is pretty tough. Any ideas for alternate flavor pairings for the florally challenged?
Hi Jules Suck a inspiriring channel! Only thing i miss is to know where you get your different plates and bowls. Are you able to provide links for those to?
Hi chef, i do appreciate your equipment links, but I'm still trying to find those little metal cups you used for the pommes paolo. Any links to those? What are they called other than "small metal cups" ?
Weet een supergaaf gerecht! Vraagje: is jouw kleine blender een soort koffiemaler? Ik vraag me steeds af hoe je die gemakkelijk schoon krijgt en of je in alle koffiemalers kunt werken met vloeibare stoffen..
If youtube channels could receive a Michelin star, yours would be the first

The magnolia leaves have to be untreated (No pesticides), just curious where do you buy them? (Or do you pick them from your garden?)
Here in The Netherlands they are many magnolia plants, but indeed they have to be untreated
do you recomende any book of coulinary chemist?
substitute for magnolia leaves if we cannot find them?
Any edible flowers or blossom work
What liquid to you add @ 4:30?
👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you!

You also might need to check the title of the video?
Appreciate it! Fixed it 🙌🏼
Flora, citrusy, rich... Inside a restaurant menu I'd see this amazing dessert paired with a gin-based drink
Where does one buy magnolia flowers? Just seems so impractical. No idea where I would buy that
