were at NHL 24 now, 2 whole console generations newer than 14, and 14 still has superior quality control, menus, animations, presentation, and and infinitely better broadcast

Just got this game for my PS3 a couple weeks ago and I wouldn't describe it as the best hockey game, I would go as far as saying it's one of the best sports games I have ever played. MVP Baseball 2005, Madden 2003, NBA 2k11, and NHL 2014 are to me the best sports games of all time, and for me I have Madden 2003 and NHL 2014 at the top.
NHL 14 is still my favorite game makes me wonder what happened to making ground breaking hockey games . EA got lazy and HUT ruined it . I don’t really like that game mode . I like GM mode and Be a Pro . My only pet peeve is that you don’t raise the cup in be a pro . But they actually tried in NHL 14 in the last 8 games they’ve all been garbage .
Good for you man but as someone who plays nhl 14 still daily with sliders superstar and 3 seasons deep in a be a gm mode I've given up many last sec goals that 3rd Van goal was so nasty the cpu is dealy behind the net DEADLY lmao keep it going man it's plenty glitchy too thou I wouldnt know compared to 20

I called guys up from the ahl, did the custome settings and played be a pro and when I came back and played regular every time their helmets come off they leave the ice. Do you know why? @@freshstart349 because in the past few years, the nhl made a new rule that you have to go to the bench if your helmet comes off. It’s for player safety
NHL 14 and 15 are better on older generation consoles because you can actually upload your own goal horns and music. I did that for mine and it was AMAZING.

Congrats on your game! I’d say that’s my favorite I’ve ever played and yes I do use 94 controls; tip for ya: if you hold down LB and go down and bring it to 3/9 o clock (depending on left or right handed) on the right stick you can do a toe drag; sorry I’m not very good at explaining that but I can try and make a video on it if you’d like; P.S. Just posted a few days ago in my opinion my best and funniest video by far so make sure to go check that one out too!

what do u mean older generation consoles, nhl14 only came out for xbox360 and the ps3... it never came out on ps2 or ps4
