He discussed his criticisms with CBSN's Elaine Quijano, and also reacted to increasing calls among Democrats for impeachment proceedings to begin.

It sure felt like the right thing back then, crime was out of control.
Watch the 13th, tough on crime created a cycle of crime. Instead of setting up programs to help those on drugs, they locked them up, therefore giving them records, preventing many people to move on from that lifestyle

Mr. Clinton was afraid to lose votes, after they lost the 1988 Election, just because Mr. Dukakis (who is a gentleman and much smarter than Clinton) spoke the truth and remained consisten with his positions!
