It's not an exploit, all of china is cored from the started by comunnist china and getting your cores in peace dell is very cheap. So it works as it should
@@maksmoskwa8516 i think peace conferences should have some sort of "satisfaction" mechanic if the other faction members dont agree with you getting the lion share they may threaten with leaving a faction or even going to war with you. Would work pretty well in this case as no sane Japan would simply let you take everything.

And then I thought I leave the faction and join Axis since in one of my previous games they signed the triparty pact or whatever and Germany joined the war between me and Japan. As soon as I left Japan starting justifying on me. And six month later I fell faster than the original China..
Seeing your video I immediately tried this. Got 10% war participation and got almost all of china but japan made a chinese puppet (meaning they got cores on the states and i couldnt challenge them with such small war score)

While your right i think theirs two things to consider neither the PRC nor USSR were Socialist because the Workers didn't own the Mean of Production it was own by the State with everything organize not by experts but Party Officials who fudge the numbers to keep their jobs. So you have a State Capitalist Command Economy where everything is run for profit and industries are run by Ideology and suffer from Corruption it's no wonder the USSR failed and in the case of China they Embraced Free Market Capitalism under Deng Xiaoping and have remained so since, this after their own experience with State Capitalist Command Economy. So while i think it's fine for some industries to be run by the State namely public utilities like Energy, Rail, Airlines, Telecommunications, Housing and healthcare possibly public options in the Press and Banking but everything else should be Worker Cooperatives.

So...i found that in that in a war that chinese united front won won communist china took all of nationalist territory. I haven't managed to replicate it yet while playing mao annoyingly (mainly because without la resistance italy rollsover africa qnd germany capitulates russia, so the sino-japanese war never ends as the usa never goes all out vs japan 🙄) so i don't know whether it's a standard bug or just a one-off. Also the infiltration mechanics are broken. It costs 500 guns plus 25pp for each level of infiltration, but 500 guns plus 25pp clears 2 levels of infiltration. And you can only do 1 province at a time. The only time you can build up levels is when that side's having its arse kicked, but as soon as the tide turns the infiltrator loses rverything they've built up super quick (no I'm not bitter about 5 in game years wated, you're bitter... 🙄) basically the mechanic as it stands is a huge waste of time.
5800x3D here w/32gb ram and 3080ti. The insane cache amount on the CPU destroys almost every cpu on HOI, Stellaris and every other RTS game (as well as almost any game in general). NVME over SSD and especially HDD speeds loading things up dramatically too. If you currently have an AMD system (any x300, x400, x500 motherboard) the 5800x3D is a cheap and big upgrade that’ll last for years. If you need new motherboard too, the new 7800x3D and x600 series is even better and the way to go right now IMO w/ AM5 being new and future proof for years. Intels 13600 is decent bang for buck on sale, but current 13 gen is EOL with no upgradability. Their next gen sockets are expected to be announced mid summer if you prefer them and want to wait, or buy the others above when their prices get cut. 😊

8:50 the uprising mechanics are the precursor to the civil war state control and monarchist sentiment mechanics used in later DLC. The idea is that you infiltrate the states to various degrees and can do things like spawn units, disrupt industry, or even take control of the state. The enemy can attempt to counter your influence. The control shift or whatever you’ve managed to proc from your infiltration will fire at the end of the counter after starting the uprising. You didn’t take any infiltration decisions so it did nothing.
@@krzaminecraft Not only this but every time Ive attempted this, the AI manages to reduce my level of State Infiltration, FASTER than I can infiltrate them, so it always amounts to Sunk Cost.

The trick seems to be to concentrate in a few key spots to have them flip immediately or isolate and encircle other areas. The units are weak and the industrial disruption not worth it. But flipping 3 states and cutting off Beijing is worth it. I’m not sure if trying it against the Japanese is harder or worth it, given the space constraints at the bottleneck by Mongolia
the focus has neither a bypass nor a cancel if unavailable, but requires Manchukuo to exist. My theory is that Japan began it before it capitulated (because the focus doesn't check if Manchukuo is capitulated or not) and the focus wouldn't cancel automatically when it got puppetted and Manchukuo ceased to exist. A reasonable player can just cancel normally but the AI wasn't smart enough

the uprisings are really weak though and the units it gives you are few and not very good. its not worth dumping tons of equipment into to be honest

hoi4 devs suck but the warlords don't get unique focus trees, they all share a "generic" warlord focus tree that later becomes the roc/cpc tree
