Apparently they've added Star Force Mega Man, Harp Note and a bunch of other characters like Dark Megaman.EXE that are not in the mobile version of the game. Unfortunately this game isn't available on Steam in the U.S. I've checked

Iris has always been a cute character, but the art work for her swimsuit version makes her look even more adorable

Mega Man X Dive is one of the games I'm hoping to release outside of Japan.
In a way, for me personally, it almost has potential for a console version, even if it may not have as much to offer as a main X series game.
It releases on the iPhone App Store in just a couple of days. I’ve already got it set to download upon release.

No you can get most of them by just playing the game. But few of the characters were limited time releases so you can't get them anymore
